Great, authentic jamaican at reasonable prices. Everything was delicious and decent portions. Highly recommend the curry goat and ackee and saltfish. Also surprisingly solid vegetarian options. Friendly staff and quick service to boot.
This is a secondary location to their primary location on blue hill Ave in Mattapan. This was my first time to this location and I went twice in one day. The first was to pick up their traditional Jamaican beef patties and a vegetable patty! Delicious! I love eating at P&R for lunch. But the service here is super slow. You will spend at least 20 minutes in there waiting for your food. The atmosphere inside is clean and quite. you’re able to sit in. Enjoy your food once you receive it but once you go outside, beware..Parking: Busy Street so really, no parking.
