The best hidden gem in the north end! DINE HERE! We have been coming here for years. I am a cardiac patient and has spent a lot of time at Boston children’s. Anytime we’re in the city for appointments. We try to make a special stop at Panza. Last night, my husband and I had a very rare night away without our children, so we decided to book a reservation at our favorite spot. They gave us the best seat in the house right by the window. What a great find in the North End! I ordered the chicken saltimbocca which was super high quality and very delicious. Wine was also great, and service was attentive. If you’re looking for someplace very fancy, this probably isn’t it, although the interior is still nice! Overall definitely worth the visit — I will certainly be coming back!

Food and service was good but we were a group of 6 and they cannot accommodate more than 4 people comfortably at their tables. When I return I will only do so with parties if 2-4 people Like most north end restaurants it was small and loud inside Also no bar just wine and beer
