Nice spot if you're staying at the hotel and need a quick breakfast or meal, however it definitely isn't the best of Boston. Located near so many other great restaurants and stops in a 10 min radius of the Parker House.

We saw a lot of mice running around, and so we left the place without eating. The restaurant seemed aware of the problem and had been unsuccessfully working with the hotel management to resolve it.

My wife and I spent the weekend at the Omni Parker House and enjoyed a great breakfast in their restaurant. On a cold January Sunday, the dining room was less than half full around 930 am. Steeped in history, the old room was beautifully maintained. We loved the white tablecloths, fine china, and cutlery at our table. Our server got us started with drinks before taking our order. My wife got decaf coffee, and I the largest glass of grapefruit juice ever. We both ordered the American breakfast of eggs, toast, bacon/sausage, and potatoes. Our breakfast arrived quickly and was beautifully presented. My scrambled eggs were in a small skillet surrounded by the sides on a large plate. It was very colorful, with bright reds, yellows, and browns. It tasted just as fresh as it looked. I especially enjoyed the peppers and onions mixed with the potatoes hiding under the eggs. Service was attentive and a team effort. We enjoyed everything about our breakfast.

I love this place. I visited on my first trip to Boston. It is filled with photos of historical figures and is rich is history itself. Yesterday after having landed on my trip from Boise Idaho I was a bit hangry and tired. We stopped in for some delicious espresso martini’s and ended up also have a cup of their incredible clam chowder. I love the atmosphere, food and service. It’s a must visit.

The original boston cream pie is extremely tasty. I wouldn't pay $10 for a slice of it again (wouldnt do that for a slice that small of anything to be honest), but it was a great experience and I definitely don't regret trying it.

Got the Bostons best hash. Was incredible. Bit pricey but what do you expect for a fancy hotel restaurant in the heart of Boston. 28 bucks after tip.

really disappointing. I stopped in for breakfast and really expected it to be top notch. The sausages were just ok, bacon was alright, potatoes were non existent, I ordered 4 eggs over easy and they were hard. $50 breakfast for one person should be excellent. Again, really disappointed.

Title: Disappointing Experience at Parker House RestaurantRating: ★★☆☆☆Review:I recently made an 8-hour drive with high hopes to try the renowned Boston cream pie at Parker House Restaurant. Regrettably, my experience turned out to be quite underwhelming and left a lot to be desired.Upon arrival, I eagerly ordered their famous Boston cream pie, only to be met with disappointment. The pie was noticeably dry and lacked the moistness and flavor I had anticipated. It was quite a letdown considering the high expectations I had built up for this iconic dessert.Furthermore, the overall quality of the food at Parker House was subpar. The dishes I tried were bland and lacked the depth of flavor one would expect from a reputable establishment. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, which further detracted from the dining experience. While I understand that every restaurant can have off days, I was disheartened that my long journey ended in a culinary disappointment. The lackluster experience left me feeling that the Parker House did not live up to its reputation.I do hope that the management at Parker House takes these concerns into consideration and makes improvements to ensure that future guests have a more enjoyable dining experience. As for now, I cannot recommend Parker House Restaurant based on my own experience.Despite this setback, I remain optimistic that there are still plenty of other exceptional dining options in Boston that can satiate one's culinary cravings.

Very dirty, even though there were free tables (35+%), they sat next to the kitchen, oh. where there was a smell of ammonia. The dishes are not washed well. A lot of ambition, without justification.

It was alright… I’d suggest just stopping in for the Boston crème pie. The other food was just ok. I was looking forward to trying the Parker rolls bc I’d heard it was good but they were cold/dry.

We came here for breakfast and of course for the famous Boston pie. It was my first Boston pie but from what I had seen before this one looked fancier and had thicker chocolate than I was expecting, which I enjoyed.Very good breakfast too ? ? Pancakes eggs bacon tea and Boston pie. Yum! Service was outstanding!! Very nice older Latino gentleman. Thank you!

Boston cream pie was okay. Dry and not enough cream. Wouldn’t recommend it

If you like overpriced, mediocre food in a beautiful setting, this is the place for you! Food was ok, but not made well enough to justify the price. There is also an 18% service charge on top of everything, so it's even more pricey than you initially think. This might be where the Boston cream pie was first made, but they definitely don't have the best one in town. Service was good and staff was friendly.
