Pat's Pizza & Catering

We get pizza and amazing subs from Pats all the time. We live down the road from them, even if we didn’t this place is worth the drive. We have been going to them for a long time. Today we ordered a pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza. I called and spoke with the host and then the manager Brendan. He knew our phone number and address and added a free pepperoni pizza to our profile. The food is above and beyond, but it’s the customer service that keeps our loyalty. Pizza can only come from pats! Deeeeeee-licious!

Owner was so rude during an order it took away the taste from me even enjoying my food. I would never order from here again worst pizza place i’ve ever been too

Awesome pizza

I usually LOVE Pats, but today I had a not so great experience. I ordered a sausage and meatball sub and my sausage was very pink and uncooked on the inside. Very dangerous in general but extremely dangerous for an expecting mother.

It’s a nice environment inside but they got my order wrong. I ordered a steak and cheese calzone. It was BYO and I ordered two toppings: steak, and cheese. What I got had peppers, onions, BBQ sauce, and mushrooms. Not what I ordered at all.

Very disappointed in our recent order. We've ordered from Pat's in the past and have never had an issue. However our recent order was not good. Ordered a meatball & sausage calzone with peppers and onions. For some unknown reason they use sausage patties, I've never been to or ordered from a Pizza/Sub shop that uses sausage patties, typically it's sausage crumbles or sliced sausage. Well the sausage patties inside the calzone were cooked to the point that they were like shoe leather (see pictures), burnt and charred. *Not good.* My suggestion is that if you are going to use sausage patties (no clue why you do) then chop/cut them up and cook them properly, don't burn them to a crisp. I will say that the calzone looked great and the meatballs in it were on point. But that doesn't make up for burnt sausage.

I've never been there, let alone Dorchester MA. I've been charged $46 on my credit card fraudulently. FBI is now investigating for Credit Card fraud and chatges without service.
