Coffee taste was so disappointing. And sourdough egg cheese was not worth to pay that much money with coffee.

Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches, like all pavement locations, but this one doesn't have a bathroom. How can you sell coffee without a bathroom?!

Wicked slow service. Dont come here if ur in a rush. Took us 1/2 hour to get 2 bagels.

As a local who has been supporting Pavement since they first opened, I was really disappointed today. After waiting over 20 minutes for our order, several people who came in after us got their food first. When I asked about it, the cashier just said, “That’s cool,” which made it worse. We ultimately asked for a refund and left. It’s clear the team needs much better training on both order management and basic customer service at th Brighton location. Sadly, after years of being a loyal customer, I won’t be returning.

Went for a birthday treat. Small quaint place, friendly staff and must be pet friendly because I met a cutie inside.

Ordered a gluten free bagel “sunrise” breakfast sandwich. Received cold, untoasted white bread with cream cheese and egg. Last order I received a semi-frozen bagel, and when I asked them to warm it was met with looks of confusion and disgust. Staff is dismissive, food is gross at best. $14 for flabby bread? pass.

Cappuccino was mid, service was pretty quick but could have communicated more, atmosphere was weirdly sterile and cold. Overall disappointed, but worth checking out if you need a quick coffee or bite.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Egg, bacon and cheddar cheese on croissant. The bacon was not cooked all the way. Bacon supposed to be crispy but mine was chewy.

I usually love Pavement, but I do not recommend this location. The service here was appalling, and I’m still thinking about it days later. I want to warn other Pavement fans about my experience.
I placed a mobile order and arrived to find the café packed. No problem—I waited patiently. After 20 minutes, I noticed walk-ins ordering and quickly receiving their food and drinks, and even DoorDash drivers were being told their orders would be ready in “5 minutes.” Meanwhile, I continued waiting.
Eventually, I went to the counter and explained I had been waiting over 20 minutes. The barista—dark hair, blue eyes, wearing a black mask—looked me up and down and said, “Ma’am, unless you got a text that your order was ready, it’s not ready.” I asked politely if he could just check on my order, and he cut me off, repeating, “Ma’am, did you receive a text or no?” When I said no, his only response was, “Then please wait in the back for a text when your order is ready.”
What shocked me most was the difference in how he treated me compared to others around me—everyone else received kind, attentive service, but he refused to help me. In the end, I never got my order and walked out.
I was stunned by this treatment. If you love Pavement, I recommend choosing a different location.

I ordered a latte, and the espresso was burnt. They’re also deceptively overpriced. The menu says a bagel costs 2.75 and you can add cream cheese, but it does not say that the cream cheese costs an additional 2.75.

Vegan options available, friendly staff, quick service and overall a wonderful and relaxing atmosphere thanks to the slower music choice. Highly recommend
