I ordered a Thai ice tea using the kiosk. It defaulted to a large without an obvious option to change that, somewhat my bad but it happened to my sister too so the UI feels unintuitive. Taste: for context, I'm usually a 30% sugar person at other bubble tea shops. There wasn't an option to change the level of sweet and this drink wasn't nearly sweet enough. It also barely tasted like Thai tea. If it wasn't orange I might have thought I ordered just milk with clumpy boba. The service was fine but not enough to warrant the $8+ I paid for bad boba. I won't be back.

Mashed lukewarm Oreo cookies in my iced milk tea tasted like they’ve been soaked for hours. Disgusting . Worst ever. Would not

A decent refreshing stopover for boba drinks and light snacks.Amidst numerous boba options in Chinatown, Pin Ming might not top the charts. Nevertheless, I came here a couple times to try their drinks and food. Their regular boba toppings were mediocre as it lacked chewiness. On the other hand, the strawberry pearls stood out – these little sphere added an unexpected fruity sweetness that elevated some of their drinks.I also got to try some of their food, Popcorn Chicken and Fried Shrimp. Over-seasoned and quite salty, Popcorn chicken was a bit of a letdown. But the shrimp was a surprisingly good deal. Its batter was basic but perfectly crispy, and the shrimp was moist and creamy. In Chinatown’s boba scene, Pin Ming might be at the lower end of the spectrum, but if you’re in a mood for some good snacks and decent drinks, Ping Ming might be a good choice.

Ordering drinks on the electronic screens is amazingly intuitive and its exciting how easily customizable everything is!!! Best boba tea place I've been to hands down, just for this customization alone. The drinks are great of course. The food is alright. Popcorn chicken isn't great but not bad. The crazy potato cheese corndog thing does NOT actually have a hot dog inside. It's fried cornbread and french fries around a mozzarella cheese stick. I think that's cool, but my wife really wanted the hot dog.The music playing in the place was pretty annoying subpar covers of songs that were popular 10-20 years ago. The rest of the atmosphere was A++ but the music wasn't good.

Boba is mighty plentiful in Boston's Chinatown these days, and this boba shop is part of an enclave of shops all clustered together. Upon walking in, we were greeted by a friendly server and headed straight to a kiosk to order. I got my usual fruit tea - 50% sugar with less ice. Nobody else was in the shop besides us so everything came out lighting fast. The cups here are pretty standard-sized and prices are comparable to that of the Bay Area - only difference is we didn't have to wait in a long line of people :)I enjoyed my drink and would recommend for a low-key, no-frills experience for any boba connoisseur looking for a quick pit stop!

Was craving refreshing drink this evening while at work. So I ordered a Grapefruit tea with no sugar and the I got the Strawberry lemonade drink. The Grapefruit tea was delicious a great balance of mild sweet it's a great drink! The Strawberry lemonade was great sweet but not overly sweet and a good ratio of both flavors blended together! Great choices will try others next time!

My coworkers and I ordered from here with ubereats and I got the cheese foam brown sugar milk tea. It was okay; I can agree with the other reviews that say that their boba does not have much taste to them and overall, the drink itself was on the blander side. It tastes different from TeaDo's and Gongcha's version of brown sugar milk tea. It almost tastes like instant milk tea powder mix? I put it at three stars because although the drink lacks flavor, though I am glad it is not overly sweet, the texture of the boba pearls are not bad. I also thought that the lid was super adorable! Most likely will not be returning because they are overpriced for the quality and there are just better boba spots in the surrounding area.

The flavor of our drinks were spot on. A friend got taro, my husband got mango, and I got the brown sugar milk tea. The service was quick and efficient and they had ordering stations where you could order your drinks and snacks on a screen which was very cool. The ambiance was very cute with lots of bright colors and signs and I saw some boba squishmallows on a shelf! Very cute. The reason why it doesn't get 5 stars is because the boba was just okay. They were slightly chewy in the center which was good but the outside was not and they didn't have great flavor. They weren't bad but they weren't the texture and flavor that I want from boba. Overall good experience though. My husband got the mango slush with lychee jelly and that was great!

Unfortunately wasn't one of the best bubble teas that I've gotten but I did try a new one so that may be why. My boyfriend ordered his usually drink and it wasn't as bad but still for some reason wasnt as good as the ones weve gotten before. However I did also pay $2.00 for a macaroon that I didn't think was that great either but I try all different kinds of home made ones and that one tasted more like the ones you can buy pre packaged somewhere. Maybe I'm just biased and used to the chain version of bubble tea stores since gong cha is usually where we have to get one so ide definitely still try it for yourself just incase! The atmosphere was awesome and I still recommend it even though the things I ordered weren't what I was used to.
