I saw Instagram reels about the shengjianbao here, and knew I had to try it. The price is indeed good -- 8 for $10 -- but it was pretty clear that these are machine made and likely purchased frozen. They taste a bit bready but do have some nice soup and flavor inside.

This place is awesome. 9 bucks for a combo plate which comes with white rice and your choice of 3 entrees. They have a wide selection to choose from. I was going to choose something but she told me the vegetable in it has a strong bitter taste and I probably wouldn't like it, so I went with something else.
