Always a go to when in Boston. I really appreciated the separate and extensive vegan menu. I've ordered to take out from the kiosk before but usually order online to take out as there can be a wait.
I've had the vegan reuben and a vegan panini and the flavours and textures in both were phenomenal. I appreciated the side salad, too. Always fills me up and is reasonably priced.

We are frequent customers of other Pressed Cafe branches but the service for this one is particularly disappointing. Instead of letting customers pick up their own online orders at the dedicated pickup area, you wait at the counter and the person behind the counter was not competent. I went to collect my drink and pastry which should not have take long at all but was told that it was not ready. I checked a second time and was told the same. Finally, after over 20 min, someone more competent who looked like the manager came by and checked on my order and guess what, my order was sitting right there behind the counter that entire time.
Needless to say, my hot drink was no longer hot by the time I got it.
Both times someone in our party saw an employee (different employee each time) leave the bathroom without washing their hands.
