Be prepared to wait forever as the staff is overwhelmed and cant keep orders moving. Kitchen does a good job getting things out but by the time food is given to you its been sitting there for 10mins.

Terrible experience!
Would not be back ever again.
We ordered for pick up (chicken tailgate with sauce and other things). Turns out that the sauce was not there (I mean the sauce was one of the most important parts of the order) and when we got home realized that the order was incomplete even after we asked twice if the order was complete… so frustrated after being home and call for 20 mins looking for any solution that we have to go back to the restaurant to get the sauces smh

🍗 Raising Cane’s at Boston Prudential: A Chicken Lover’s Dream 🏙️

If you’re near the Prudential Center and craving some top-notch chicken, Raising Cane’s is THE spot to hit. My experience here was nothing short of excellent! From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff and quick service set the tone for a fantastic meal.

Let’s talk about those chicken tenders—WOW. Perfectly crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection. Pair them with their iconic Cane’s Sauce, and you’re in food heaven. The crinkle-cut fries and buttery Texas toast? Absolute perfection.

The vibe of the place is fun, modern, and welcoming, making it the ideal spot for a quick, satisfying bite. It’s no wonder this place has such a loyal following.

I went on a super busy night. The employees, although busy, were super friendly! Food came out fairly quickly too, considering the crowd. Very impressed.

Raising Cane's in Boston is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious, crispy chicken fingers! The food is always fresh and perfectly cooked, with the chicken tender and juicy on the inside, and perfectly crispy on the outside. The Cane's Sauce is a game-changer—addictive and goes great with everything. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the portion sizes can be a bit much, but hey, it's always worth it for the quality. If you're in the area and want a quick, satisfying meal, Raising Cane's is definitely the place to go! Highly recommend.
