Love getting pizza from some incredibly rude servers. Definitely won't be getting pizza from this place when I'm in Boston South Station again. Don't need to be dealing with crappy workers who have a lowsy attitude

If I have to explain 3 times to them that I’m allergic to mushrooms and they can’t get a manager it’s best to go somewhere else. I can’t explain food allergies for the fourth time. They don’t care if someone gets sick. The safe serve certificate, what is it good for if you can’t train your employees and leave a hungry customer.

Pizza was great, cooked well done like I asked. Better made than SSP location usually does.

I can’t believe they sold out the name of pizzeria Regina like this. This is HORRENDOUS pizza. Stale, scalding hot, and has clearly been sitting out all day. $12 for two slices of pepperoni and they aren’t even large. Woof.

The pizza was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. Regina's North End

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Regina’s Pizza was so disappointing, I felt I had to share. From the start, I was completely ignored by the cook at the front. After waiting for some time, the cashier finally came out from the back—only to be rude, dismissive, and flat-out disrespectful.

On top of the poor service, the place looks like it’s falling apart—run-down and poorly maintained. Overall, it felt like customers were more of a burden than anything else.

Definitely not the experience I expected or would want to repeat.

If youre looking for a basic Regina pizzeria location, this is it. It's inside south station and seating is extremely limited. Slices are primarily sold, but they will make a pizza upon request.

Yum! Friendly staff and great pies.

Pizza was lukewarm and bland, service was rushed although they were not particularly busy, and the ambiance was like a back alley. Portnoy probably still thinks it's an 8.1.

Ordered through Grubhub but the problem was not there on their end and hence the review.

Regina received my order and prepared my order but refused to hand over the order to me. When I inquired they said they never received my order from Grubhub and this went on for 30 minutes before they magically realized they indeed received my order and prepared it and now want to give it to me. Some of the people who work here should never be in customer service. Adios!
