Nice spot for a lot of creative cold brew drinks. Not somewhere you’d sit—grab and go.

The cafe is inside a fitness club, and I may have missed it, but I didn’t see basic coffee and such. It was a lot of protein powder and smoothies, and people were hustling by. There were a lot of people standing behind the counter when I walked in, but no one said hi, though I was the only customer. It took a while for someone to acknowledge me at all, and that was to say she’d be with me in a minute. I finally left.

Sadly the new location is different. The coffee is bitter and watered down. The Vietnamese coffee is not authentic, just espresso and condensed milk. I wanted to love it here and I’m sad I didn’t. Maybe with a few tweaks I’ll try again but I’m very disappointed.

We were very excited to visit for the first time. We arrived at 1:25pm and the website, google and their door says they close at 2pm. We knocked on the door. Staff answered and were very rude & angry with us. We explained that we drove all the way here and that their signage says they close at 2pm.

We ordered our drinks and the barista did not respond & angrily started to make our drinks. She made zero eye contact with us. Then proceeded to be upset with us about knocking on the door. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Unfortunately, this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be returning.

Updated: Their drinks aren't as good since they move to southie location. I usually order the dark and stormy and it doesn't taste the same. Their coffee are not as strong as it used to be and vietnamese coffee is suppose to be strong. It is more water down and not good.

The location is probably one of the worst to be in but their coffee made up for it . It’s hard to find it and has funny hours . Pretty bad location to open a good coffee shop . But in all I love their dark and stormy coffee.

Would repeat the matcha but the cookie dough balls are definitely not fit, they have granola butter. Really sweet

Reign Drink Lab used to be in Dorchester, but now it has relocated to B/SPOKE in South Boston. Many of the drinks seem to be health/protein focused, so the new location is fitting.

I tried the Regular Samoa Cookie Latte, which has coconut syrup, espresso, oat milk, and a chocolate and caramel drizzle, for $5.50. I didn’t taste the coconut at all, but the chocolate and caramel drizzle was yummy, and the espresso was smooth.

The person who took my order was friendly.

Reign use to be the cutest spot and my favorite place to stop for a drink in dorchester with great drinks and service but since they moved to in southie the entire experience has gone down hill.

Online ordering always has issues and doesn’t align with store hours, the store has inconsistent open hours and horrible weekend hours, and most importantly the drink quality has gone down especially with their matcha, cold foams (prev. reign clouds), and they’ve removed menu items such as their ube flavor.

Reign use to be my favorite place to come by, but frequent bad drinks and the unwelcoming environment in this new location will make me look elsewhere.

The Dark & Stormy at this location adds simple syrup by default... wish this was stated on the menu because the first sip was just syrup instead of coffee. Otherwise, the sea salt whip and coffee were good. Hope to see things come back from the previous Fields Corner location's menu like the ube latte and coconut whip.

Some really top notch coffee! Delicate and tasty, but leaves enough room for all of the interesting mixes the baristas have to offer. Worth a visit!
