This was one of the best pizzas I ever had it reminded me of New York New Yorkers we fold out pizza in half when we eat it the red oil that came out of that pizza I devoured it Rome Pizza is the best pizza in Massachusetts when it reminds you of home there's nothing better than that

Layla was our server we are Hispanic family & She was absolutely horrible as a server & we were ignored the whole time the energy was very off & just ugly but on the other hand Christine took over & did a amazing job making us feel better just wanted to put this here for any minority families thinking about checking this restaurant out.

“Stolen Pizza” Unfortunately someone, hopefully by mistake picked our pizza. We had made an online order. When I arrived to pick it up. The gentleman working said that someone just grabbed it. After a brief moment of confusion. The gentleman immediately made us another pizza and offered me a free drink for the inconvenience. Hopefully the individual that grabbed our pizza by mistake does the right thing. Thank you Roma Pizza for the excellent customer service in correcting this situation.:)
We ordered food one and a half hous ago. It was supposed to arrive an hour ago, but it didn't. I also called an hour ago. The man on the phone said he would put a rush on it, couldn't tell me however how long it would take for the food to get to us (aka how much longer I would have to sit & wait in the lobby). Now we can't reach anyone anymore. I want my money back.

We were in the area for a trip and needed a quick bite to eat. Nothing else was open at 11am and we were getting hangry. The person waiting on us was very friendly and got our slices out very quickly. It's a typical pizza carry out/dine in with a few tables for those of us needing to eat on the go and it was clean and perfect for what we needed. They offered an extensive menu with sodas in a case and desserts. While we were there, a few cans of soda exploded and the staff joked that "there goes another one" because it was so cold outside overall and the case was so cold. Overall, a friendly place, reasonable prices, and good food.
