Very tasty pho and coffee. The wait can be long and the shop is small. I recommend visiting when you're not in a rush or during off-peak hours.

Went twice during my visit to Boston. First time trying Vietnamese food and it’s amazing! The staff have been friendly and the bánh mì is phenomenal! Would definitely go next time in Boston! The wait can be long so pick a day when you don’t need to rush to enjoy the food.

One of the few places in Boston I regularly visit. The food takes a while to come out, but the wait is always worth it. No other pho like it in the city. The banh mi, springs rolls, and homemade sodas are also delicious.
Truly a hidden gem in a city full of pretty mediocre food.

Delicious, fresh lunch spot. Vegetarian bahn mi is wonderfully flavored and filling.

The kindest lady runs this places and the best pho. Truly a hidden gem in Boston.
Not a great experience. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and we were immediately seated without much of a crowd. We waited nearly 30+ minutes for two bowl of pho. When asked about when the food would, the waitress blamed us for not being patient enough.
The ambiance is the best part of this dining experience. Beautiful space, great jazz music playing quietly. Loud enough to enjoy but quiet enough to have a conversation easily.
We went during an off time and most of the tables were filled but already had their food. We were seated quickly and our order was taken right away. They were out of most things we wanted (no grilled chicken), so we settled on spring rolls and Bahn mi with roasted pork. They only had one staff person on the floor, which meant service was very slow though she was very nice.
Our sandwiches took forever. We also ordered 2 specialty drinks. The Thai iced tea was disgusting. It smelled strongly of vanilla extract and tasted like it had alcohol in it, and I was told it didn't. The spring rolls were delicious. The Bahn mi was ok. There wasn't much filling and the pork had lots of chewy fat that I had to swallow whole. It was impossible to chew.
Overall, disappointing experience.
We both had pho and it was absolutely delicious!
They had horrible customer service, never refilled waters, took extremely long to prepare our food with no notice, and did not check in on us ever. And then when we paid our check, they CHASED us out the door and demanded a higher tip for our party of 3.
nice employees but the only good food is the pork rice. pho noodles are hard and broth is bland and the drinks are just too powdery - even then it’s pretty expensive for such small portions . just go to pho basil atp if ur there

They charge 18% for dine in? Absurd… tips are optional. The food takes 3 business days to come out.

Best pho I have ever tasted, and it's also affordable?!!! The meat here is not chewy at all which is quite rare I would say. The broth is 10/10, and spring rolls are a must. Made with fresh ingridients. Always a place to come back to whenever I am in town.
Queue can be long as a lot of ppl lov it like i doo....

Pho comes with lukewarm soup. They were very rude and service was very slow as others have mentioned. No reason for re-visit.
