Delicious, fresh lunch spot. Vegetarian bahn mi is wonderfully flavored and filling.

The kindest lady runs this places and the best pho. Truly a hidden gem in Boston.

Not a great experience. We came here on a Saturday afternoon and we were immediately seated without much of a crowd. We waited nearly 30+ minutes for two bowl of pho. When asked about when the food would, the waitress blamed us for not being patient enough.

The ambiance is the best part of this dining experience. Beautiful space, great jazz music playing quietly. Loud enough to enjoy but quiet enough to have a conversation easily.

We went during an off time and most of the tables were filled but already had their food. We were seated quickly and our order was taken right away. They were out of most things we wanted (no grilled chicken), so we settled on spring rolls and Bahn mi with roasted pork. They only had one staff person on the floor, which meant service was very slow though she was very nice.

Our sandwiches took forever. We also ordered 2 specialty drinks. The Thai iced tea was disgusting. It smelled strongly of vanilla extract and tasted like it had alcohol in it, and I was told it didn't. The spring rolls were delicious. The Bahn mi was ok. There wasn't much filling and the pork had lots of chewy fat that I had to swallow whole. It was impossible to chew.

Overall, disappointing experience.

We both had pho and it was absolutely delicious!

They had horrible customer service, never refilled waters, took extremely long to prepare our food with no notice, and did not check in on us ever. And then when we paid our check, they CHASED us out the door and demanded a higher tip for our party of 3.

nice employees but the only good food is the pork rice. pho noodles are hard and broth is bland and the drinks are just too powdery - even then it’s pretty expensive for such small portions . just go to pho basil atp if ur there

They charge 18% for dine in? Absurd… tips are optional. The food takes 3 business days to come out.

Best pho I have ever tasted, and it's also affordable?!!! The meat here is not chewy at all which is quite rare I would say. The broth is 10/10, and spring rolls are a must. Made with fresh ingridients. Always a place to come back to whenever I am in town.

Queue can be long as a lot of ppl lov it like i doo....

Pho comes with lukewarm soup. They were very rude and service was very slow as others have mentioned. No reason for re-visit.

Like almost everyone’s complaints, It is really slow. I even wait my sandwich more than 20 minutes. I am afraid I won’t come for the second time although the sandwich tastes good.
If you don’t eat any spicy, please tell them remove the little red spicy chills for you!

If you want an averagely good bowl of pho and not prepared to wait TWO HOURS for it, don’t come to this place!!

First off, I came to the restaurant at 12:30, and it was completely full. No one greeted me at the door, said nothing about waiting times, and there wasn’t even empty chairs you could sit on to wait with. The place is painfully understaffed, with only one person doing everything, cleaning, accounting, etc. I only got a seat at around 1. Then it was another 15 minutes before I even got a cup of water. I placed my order at around 1:20, and I wasn’t served until 2:00. Mind you, I ordered a regular pho dish. This isn’t some fancy upend French fine dining that took their time. If the restaurant had started growing the bean sprouts when I placed the order, then the wait time would have been reasonable.

Then, the quality of the food is completely not worth the wait. The pho was good, garnished nicely, but then again, this is PHO. It’s not omakase. It was also 16 dollars for the regular sized pho, and the meat is at least three times less than what I’ve gotten in other Vietnamese restaurants’ pho for the same price. I could probably have eaten all the meat in one regular sized bite. The ribs were an extra add on.

In summary, it was expensive, extremely slow in serving, and VERY MUCH NOT WORTH IT. The restaurant is cute and well decorated, and the one person working there was doing a lot. But the understaffing isn’t a consumer’s problem. I would highly not recommend this place and definitely personally never coming back.

The signature bahn mi is one of my favorite meals in all of Boston, which is more than enough to warrant a 5 star rating for food.
But the service is so unbelievably slow.

Takes 5 minutes to get a glass of water, 10 more to get a coffee and then at least 20 more to get your sandwich which should really only take 5-10 minutes to make. Its not like they were super busy, there was only one other table and one take out order.

Take out is no different, they will give you 25 minute wait time just for you to wait 10 more minutes.

I’ve come here numerous times because I like the food that much but every time I come i’m reminded of why I don’t come more often.
