We just returned from a 5 day stay to celebrate the 40th year of our marriage and my wife's birthday was during our stay. We have never stayed in such a high end hotel before but everything was well worth it and we now have a life time memory. The hotel is very new and the rooms have many modern features you can see on the website. Most impressive was the staff, every one of them treated us like British Royalty. Loved this hotel! Staff were great - Shane and Jack are the absolute best! Great location in Back Bay, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pet friendly - my golden was comfortable. I would stay here again.
