We just returned from a 5 day stay to celebrate the 40th year of our marriage and my wife's birthday was during our stay. We have never stayed in such a high end hotel before but everything was well worth it and we now have a life time memory. The hotel is very new and the rooms have many modern features you can see on the website. Most impressive was the staff, every one of them treated us like British Royalty. My wife used the Spa for a massage, Tyler was great. We hope our life situation allows us to return next year.

Loved this hotel! Staff were great - Shane and Jack are the absolute best! Great location in Back Bay, close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pet friendly - my golden was comfortable. I would stay here again.

Beautiful hotel and the service is always so personable. They really make every effort to take care of you- definitely a favorite when I'm in the city!Rooms: Spacious, modern, and chic. The soaking tubs are to die for!Walkability: Ideal for business but also a great choice if you like to shop, since Copley and the Prudential Center (both have excellent shopping options) are within a 5 to 10 minute walk!Food & drinks: Now that they've added a la carte to One + One, it is the perfect choice for a breakfast before meetings. Trifecta's cocktails never disappoint, and of course Zuma is the true jewel of their dining.

This was a great experience. I was invited for business to do a massage on Brandon Ingram of the New Orleans Pelicans. Yes, the #2 draft pick in the world.My son's where very upset with me for not getting a picture with Brandon or autograph. Honestly, they are all clients to me. Yes, if course I feel honored to have had the experience. Hopefully, his assistant Darnell will reach out to me again for another massage if they come back to Boston.

Downtown Boston, Clippers were staying there, rooms were spacious and service was outstanding, a group of young people were partying at 3am, but I don’t blame them. Boston is a jolly old city and this is a jolly new hotel.

Had an event here for a gala and the service was awesome. They even had food where they brought mini beef wellingtons which were really tasty. Bartenders were also very professional and overall staff were very friendly.

Our stay here last fall could not have been better. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the staff was courteous and attentive (down to wrapping the cord around my hairdryer when making up the room), the Trifecta lounge was the perfect place to unwind and the location, within walking distance to the train station, a definite plus. And I loved the Frederic Malle Eau de Magnolia toiletries! Our son goes to college in Boston and this was our first time here when coming to visit him. We'll be back!

Beautiful, modern hotel in Boston’s Back Bay. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, luxurious showers. Very quick business trip but got a few great hours of sleep at this lovely hotel.Breakfast is nice and if you are in town for longer, Zuma is a great spot for dinner and in the hotel.

My husband and I stayed there on our wedding night and it was absolutely perfect!! The service was above and beyond and the room was beautiful!! Everyone wished us congratulations and we received a complimentary room upgrade and a complimentary dessert waiting in the room for us! It felt nice for our special day to be acknowledged and celebrated. We truly appreciated their warmth and gestures. Definitely recommend this hotel, especially for special occasions! Wished we stayed there longer as it was just one night but hopefully we’ll get to visit again soon!
