I am no expert on Vietnamese food but have toured Vietnam (4 cities) on 2 occasions. Had dinner (takeout) last night at Saigon Hut. It continues to offer fantastic and delicious food 5 out of 5.
Good food. Very tired place.
Good fried rice. Not too oily and the flavor was well balanced. The pho is also good. The broth was delicious and full of flavor.
