Good food for a fair price. The rice was a bit dry. Good service. Had the spring rolls, fish soup, caramelized fish and orange chicken.

I ordered the lemongrass chicken and asked if it came with rice. The waitress was incredibly welcoming and nice. She said that yes it does come with rice if you want so it was $18 for lemongrass chicken with just a few green peppers and some onion piece and of course the rice.
Overall, the taste was pretty good. However the lemon grass was very woody which I guess can be expected. The portion was pretty good. Rice was perfectly cooked. The texture of the chicken is what really bothered me. I’ve gotten chicken like this before at other Asian restaurants. It was a bit chewy and the texture just didn’t remind me of chicken. I ate all of it, however because I was starving. There are a lot of restaurants in this area that that I would like to try. After I try those, I may decide to try Saigon one again. It’s pretty nice on the inside.

The food here is very delicious. Every dish is delicious and clean. The Quan is small but Do An is very delicious. I'm in New York and every time I go to Boston, I take my family to eat this Quan.

It's great to have Vietnamese food options in Hamilton. Our first attempt was with food for delivery. We ordered a Low Carb Bento box, which was well served in quantity and variety. I would order again. The second part of the order was the traditional Banh Mi, a baguette with green salad and protein. It was delicious, however the bread needed to have more filling. Prices are ok. Very disappointed. Any one had fresh lobster knows the meat always comes out in one piece. But the Lobster here was dry and sticks to the shell. Add $9 for the Noodles and they were soggy! Spent $250+ and definitely wasn’t worth it. Any Chinese restaurant in Quincy is far better than here.

My husband and I come here frequently, but we were very disappointed today. A lady who works here approached us and said something rude about not leaving a receipt last time we dined here, which is why she didn't receive a tip. My husband clarified that it wasn't us, and I explained that we always paid tips in cash only; never by card. Despite this, the lady insisted and pointed to my husband said WE DIDN'T TIP HER LAST TIME., I tried to explain to her again my husband always paid at the counter by tapping his phone for convenience, and tip in cash all the time. But i think the last time we were here is a month ago. We found her behavior to be extremely rude and unprofessional. The food was good previously, however due to our experience with staff members like this particular unprofessional behavior from this waitress will prevent future visits from us.
