First time here recently and had so much fun. Great atmosphere with great music. The staff were super friendly and TJ was very accommodating and professional! Will be going again.

The experience started before entering the restaurant. We had gotten cookies from
Crumbl nearby because they would be closed by the time we finished dinner. We were carrying the closed box and the security guard said there’s a policy no outside food. We said we wouldn’t eat them and the box was closed but he insisted and told us to put them in the car. My husband left to bring them to the hotel which was about a 10-15 min endeavor only for me to be sat at a table next to two women who had two Crumbl boxes on their table. I mentioned this to the waiter that was like oh yea there’s a store next door. When I said we weren’t allowed in to bring in ours he said yes there’s a policy against it and I said what about theirs and he put up his hands and walked away saying he couldn’t do anything about it. When the security guard from outside came by our table I called to him and politely informed him that if he was going to enforce policies perhaps he should be consistent to which he said ‘I’m just a security guard’. Highly annoying and ridiculous. To allow no outside food when you’re located in a mall with tons of food options is crazy. Perhaps require it to be sealed or bagged instead. The food at the restaurant didn’t make up for it. The $6 queso was 1/2 cup of canned nacho cheese. Very salty birria quesadilla. My husband did like his steak fajita. He also loved the vibe once it turned into dancing after dinner. The whole place left a sour taste in my mouth. We don’t live nearby but when we do visit Patriot Place again I won’t be returning to this place.
Pepsi products served here for those interested.

the dj on 8/2 was actually horrible. Changed songs every 30 seconds it was ridiculous. The lights also kept turning on at some point like every hour

2 vodka cranberries cost $36.38. Bartender possibly tipped themselves making my charge $40 and I have my receipt and photos of it that show I had put a line through the tip section, rewriting “$36.38” in the total section, reflecting no additional charge from a tip. The manager sorted this out for me and refunded the charge a day or two later after I called and explained, so I appreciated that. He was very polite and helpful. Just wanted to share in case they have a bad apple intentionally doing this to many other people.
They have a guy in the bathroom that will hustle and hassle you for a tip AFTER you use the mouthwash (or any of the products offered in the bathroom i.e. deodorant, colognes, mints, snacks) but there is no signage to communicate that “it’s not free,” like he kept saying. It just sucks going to a place and getting bent over for two drinks, giving them your business only to feel like I’m being harassed on the sidewalk by a scammer, and having to dispute credit card charges. What a nightmare of a night that was.

Recently charged my friend $100 usd for a high noon. He found out the next day in the morning. Bartender tried to scam him. Just watch out there.
I came for a watch party and ordered what I thought would be nachos but were really just some stale chips with sides. Several people at the bar that I didn’t know were also surprised at the “nachos” that I received. I even double checked with the bartender to confirm it was nachos. I also went back to look at the menu in case it was labeled as chips and dip but it wasn’t.
I will say the bartender was nice and my friend ordered a cheese pizza and that was decent.
The watch party was very crowded but the energy in the room was fun.
Update your menu and remove the word nachos please lol.

The security guards always on an ego trip. I respectfully asked a host of the party to take a pic and she said yes. Mind you she was hyping me up and talking to me. The security guard who was with her yelled at me like I was some stalker and like she was Obama or something because i walked over the velvet rope to take a picture with her. Like ok chill, read the room. I’m a 5’2 women who asked her respectfully to take a picture and she said yes. Ive been around real celebrities and not even then did security acted like that. Weirdos.
Don’t go here if you’re a person of color 🤣 manager is aggressive and rude.
I came with friends for a love island watch party the vibe was good at first, but the service ruined it. A staff member rudely rushed us to order, even though we had just sat down. She made snarky comments as we contemplated on what to order. After ordering the first batch of we planned to split a large drink pitcher between five people, but they switched the card on file before we even confirmed our order. Super unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. Disappointing experience overall. And when we tried to explain the mishap she did not want to listen to what she did wrong but instead continued argued and continued to be rude the whole time.

Went to pick up a doordash order here as a driver and was sent upstairs by the security staff to a very crowded bar. I could barely get the attention of the bartender who directed me to the other end of the bar after waiting 10 minutes.
Super crowded & probably violating firecode. Understaffed and terrible customer service.
I ended up rejecting the order and moving on with my shift.

Beautiful Venue and atmosphere however drink prices are extremely high . A mixed drink and a redbull for $28 is absurd.
This business charges $19/shot and $17/cocktail. I wanted to get shots after not seeing my friends for a year after graduating, and didn’t think twice of the initial charge, given that I expected to see it on the menu at least. After paying, I saw that this business failed to leave the charge on the menu, and I can afford the $80/4 shots so I ended up paying it but gave the manager crap over the charge. Others can’t though and will because that’s the nature of college students. The spirit of this business shows that they’re aspiring to squeeze their customers of their last pennies, and they are clearly running their business fraudulently, even if legally. Don’t come here expecting a good time - the staff will ensure that doesn’t happen.

We had a pretty disappointing experience here. One of the workers was extremely rude and micromanaging. My friends and I were calmly waiting outside the bathroom for someone, standing completely out of the way, and she still insisted we move even farther, despite not blocking anything or causing a scene.
I get the need to manage bathroom flow, but the line was already orderly, no one was drunk or rowdy, and her attitude was just pretentious. Your bar is not that special to be talking in that way to people.
This is exactly why going out in Boston has become such a chore! I just paid $17 for a watered-down drink and had to deal with that kind of treatment on top of it. Not worth it—and to top it off, the music was bad too. Do betterrrrr.

I've been here twice and both times have been mediocre. The staff is unfriendly, which isn't uncommon at clubs, but usually the atmosphere makes up for it. Unfortunately that's not the case here, and the music also sucks. Boston nightlife isn't great in general, but I'd recommend going almost anywhere else before going here.

do not bother getting tickets in advance, I prepaid for tickets and was stuck in a line at 11:30 and never made it inside, after waiting over an hour waste of time and money ! buy tickets at the door and show up before 11 if there is an artist
