Seated under a speaker playing loud annoying music. The restaurant was empty. They did turn it down but still not appropriate music for a restaurant. “Life is a highway” for example!

We were in Boston for a family event and Serafina was one of the very few establishments that was able to provide a reservation to accommodate 10 people on a busy Friday night during the holiday season. We went in not expecting anything too much. We were all blown away by the food and service we received. We had 2 children ages 4 and 6 as well as the 8 adults. They took care of the kids right away which is a pro move. Our main server Nick deserves special credit...he could not...

Incredible staff. Cocktails made to perfection. Delicious food. My only complaint - they’ve changed the music to wallpaper pop / house.

PLEASE bring back the Sade, MJ, Daniel Caesar, Faith Evans; this was the perfect vibe for an evening out at Serafina.
