As uk cruise visitors to Boston for a 1 day stopover, we discovered Shake Shack on our way back to the ship, we ordered frozen custard shakes and OMG they were amazing, bought to the table by a happy cheerful server who made sure we had all we needed b4 he left, those milkshakes make a McD thick milkshake look watery. Now seeking out a uk shake shack in southern uk to repeat the experience.

**UPDATE 10/18/24** Mice infestation The floor is not cleaned at the end of the night and food/trash left all over including every corner. Mice can be seen clear as day munching around the floor. Will be calling the board of health as they are eating into the bread racks and contaminating the Seaport neighborhood.

The batter on the chicken nuggets was all separated from the meat. Looked really sloppy and extremely greasy.

Shake Shack in Seaport is in a great location! It’s right next to Ben and Jerry’s, so after a hearty meal, you can grab some ice cream and take a stroll around the pier or enjoy the sights from the top of the oyster bar. The food is affordable and tasty, making it a solid choice if you’re in the area. I’d highly recommend it!

The restaurant itself was very busy, quality as usual. The challenge here is parking. $25 for 30 minutes.
It was OK, there were a number of drips from the ceiling, not sure if it was the air con system, but caused us to move seats twice. Food was OK, nothing great, but not awful either.

waited 10 mins after receiving the text that the order was ready and that someone would bring it out just to go up to the counter and be told that they don’t serve the non-dairy shake that the self service let us order. not one of the 7 people working came to the table to inform us or ask if we wanted the rest of the order.

God, the kids that bring you the food to the table work like slaves... they definitely do not wanna work there . Their atitude is so poor. They bring you out the food and dont even ask if you want anything else. Throwing the food on table. So sad.
