A lovely employee went above and beyond today — he kindly cleaned our table and then proceeded to wipe down several others, all while on his own lunch break. It’s clear that this establishment values cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. Truly impressed by the staff’s dedication and work ethic!

Loved every other location. The shakes are always outstanding, but this time the chicken sandwiches were less than expected. Hate to put a good guy down, but it was really bad. Ended up with indigestion all night .

I love the food at Shake Shake, but the service here is terrible, I waited for my order for a very long time, I received a notification that my order was ready, when I came to pick up the order there was no one at the checkout, I waited for a person for 5 minutes so that he would tell me that my order would be in 15 minutes. is this a joke? I waited for my order for 40 minutes. And I left a 20% tip
