Tucked away between other small businesses and apartments sits the quaint and humble hole in the wall freshly made pan-fried buns spot my friends raved about. And it certainly lived up the hype. Classic Taste, less on the oil which is to my liking as SH food can be oily.
It’s kiosk order and pick up yourself. Limited seating, and be careful of the wind blowing in on windy days from the door.
The Cold Wontons could use more peanut; there’s a lot of noodles, so you should consider some toppings to finish it off, changing the bowl of soup too.

Every time I come into the city I always make time for the dumplings. They are simply the best you can get around here. They come fast and delicious. In my haste to drink the soup within and eat the delicious meat after I took an unflattering picture of such a masterpiece.
