We booked Shy Bird for lunch following a charity fundraising walk for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation that several of us were doing in Southie (three of our party lives in Southie). We arrived early, but the staff was able to accommodate us, and gave us a super table even though the restaurant was packed. The atmosphere was lively and upbeat.

Everything about this place has a great vibe. The servers are laid-back but attentive and kind, and the service was fast. I came on a weekday around 3, and it was packed. I was surprised, but it was also my first time, so I didn’t really know what to expect. We were greeted very quickly and took a comfortable seat at the bar. We already knew what we wanted: the Chicken Caesar Wrap.

Immediately loved the atmosphere.. servers were friendly and attentive. The kale and brussel salad was delicious. The smash burgers was exceptional. I would definitely like to return and no doubt recommend. Thanks Shy Bird!
