Overall, this place was pretty okay! The mocktail was super good, just very small especially for $12. The brisket sliders were yummy and my sandwich was also very good. It's a cute little side restaurant in the hotel just be warned the menu is a bit small and pricey for what you're getting (the sandwiches are $21). The service was pretty good but for a while there was only one server for a full restaurant so he was a little overwhelmed - not his fault though he was great!

Ordered calamari to go. They add on an 18% gratuity for all to go orders. Seems fraudulent but I guess it's a good way to get extra money for doing nothing. Almost $20 for calamari that tastes like popcorn breaded nothing. Don't waste your money.

We came here for dinner one night since we were staying at the Sheraton, and this restaurant is located in the lobby. I had the lamb pastrami sliders with Gruyere, caramelized onions, and greens and a side of yucca fries with cilantro dipping sauce. My husband had pasta since he was carbing up for the marathon. The food was tasty, a step above most hotel food, very flavorful and served hot. Ambiance was nice; the service was good as well. This spot is a convenient option if you're staying at the hotel and want to stay in for a night.

We came here as a large group around 10:30pm on a Saturday and one of the staff seemed like she didn't want to serve such a large table. We ended up getting another server and ordered drinks. A couple of us got entrees and we ordered almonds for the table as well as a second round. My Caesar was very delicious, as were the warm almonds. The staff were a little hard to get ahold of when we needed certains things but there were other tables eating/ drinking late so they were busy. They did do a really nice job clearing our table throughout and were pleasant other than the strange first experience.

Solid place inside and just off the lobby entrance of Sheraton Hotel Prudential.

Came down during a quiet night. Service was friendly and the bartender said he's been here for many years. A really nice guy to talk to and have a nice glass of wine after a long day of work. Glad I decided to leave my room to relax!

It's a hotel restaurant, so I didn't expect much. And that's what I got. Very few options for vegetarians. I got the cauliflower hummus. It was pretty basic with basic pita. If "it was food" is an ok review for you, go for it. It was also really expensive, which is to be expected for a downtown hotel. But pretty disappointing for what you get.Vegetarian options: Not very many options. I got hummus and a salad.

I stayed at the Sheraton for a conference a few weeks ago. I ate in the restaurant once, and had drinks with friends once. When I ate, it was lunch and I had a burger. The burger was good, but it took a very long time to get my food. The waiter wasn't exactly rude, but seemed agitated and not very helpful. And the burger was $18. Kind of expensive. The second time I went, I met 8 or 9 friends and we had drinks. The same waiter was very rude this time and absolutely refused to split the tab so we could all pay for our drinks individually. I understand they add gratuity for groups, and we were fine with dividing that onto each bill, but he still refused, and got angry and down right hostile when we objected. Luckily there were only a couple of us that weren't carrying cash so we were able to chip in and pay the bill. I have NEVER been to a bar that refused to give individual tabs. If I'm ever back in Boston, I won't be returning. You're probably thinking we were being a bunch of Karen's, but most of the group was Canadian. Do you have any idea how hard it is to make Canadian's mad? That waiter succeeded. Lol.

Amazing service! "Tran the Man" as he told us was his name, went above & beyond to entertain & keep us happy! Never a dull moment there, especially if the game is on! The food is incredible & the drinks are strong! All the bar tenders were so nice & very helpful!

We were staying at the Sheraton, so I would say that with all of the restaurants in the immediate area, I would not go here if I weren't staying here. We had a long travel day and did not feel like going out, so we had dinner here. It is a bit pricey. I had the burger and requested medium well, which it was until I got into the center where it was still pink. My son had the fried chicken and said it was good. Service was excellent.

The menu has not been updated on the website and there is no way to call in an order.I'm staying in the Sheraton hotel, so it was easy enough for me to go down and look at the menu.I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger which comes with lettuce tomato and purple onion. It also comes with crinkle cut fries. The bacon cheeseburger was very good and the brioche bun was toasted with butter. The fries were not very good, a bit under cooked for my taste. We also ordered a bowl of clam chowder, which is a bacon clam chowder. It was tasty, but only filled about 3/4 of the cup.The bacon cheeseburger was $18 and the chowder was $12, with tax the total was $32.10.
