Our waiter was very attentive. I had the French toast and truffle fries and it was awesome. I love a good brunch and it was sweet and savory. The view is good but a little overrated. Go for the food and the drinks.
The location is beautiful. Sat inside but visited outdoor deck to check out gondolas and amazing view. Drinks and hummus appetizer were excellent.
It was the most embarrassing experience of my life. We were so excited to meet up with a new group of friends and enjoy food because we previously had good experience at deck12. All of the things that we ordered on the menu they didn't have it so we had to change our order and we had to change our order two or three times because they basically ran out of food and drinks. It was the most disappointing experience.. I wish the server had told us in advance. They don't have any food or drinks we would have gone somewhere else.
We had a great night - service, food, ambience were all excellent. Loved the Apres vibe and our “gondola” table. The chocolate fondue for dessert put a perfect finish to a wonderful experience. The view was amazing. Highly recommend!
The only reason I am giving 1 star is because our server was great, other wise, if I could, I would rate our night on Deck 12 lower. We arrived about half an hour early for our reservation and thankfully they were able to seat us, but only at part of our table because they double-booked our table with the one next to us. The host assured us that we would be seated promptly at our reservation time. When the time of our reservation came they were still taking food and drink orders for the other group. As a result, half of our group had to stand for over an hour past our reservation time. When I spoke with the host to ask if we could please be moved to the clearly open tables behind us, she explained that those tables were all reserved and she could not move us, but assured us that she had a handle on the situation and we would be fully seated promptly. This would have been fine, had I not been met with extreme hostility while I was attempting to ask. Sure enough, those tables sat open all night. The host later returned an hour after when we should've been sat to offer the men in our party to pull up chairs so they could cram around our coffee-table-sized table after she said she spoke to one of “your ladies” and explained that we would have to wait for the group occupying the other half of our table to leave. I was standing right next to her. Deck 12 clearly overbooks their tables and does not have a handle on keeping reservations. This is evident through other reviews that have had similar issues. I would advise anyone that is thinking of going for the Apres Ski experience to steer clear unless you want to spend your night on a rooftop with broken heaters, overpriced drinks, tiny tables, and combative staff.
Deck 12 is a gem in Boston. Our server was top-notch, the food was great, the wine was even better, and the view was fantastic. The restaurant was very accommodating when we showed up early for our reservation. Definitely a must-visit in the city.
Went here for our daughter's birthday, she really wanted fondue. To be ready until 2:30 p.m. but they made special accommodations for her and made the fondue early. We were very impressed.
The outdoor dining experience was so fun! We sat in a gondola and the heaters kept us very warm even though it was ~35 degrees out!
We had cocktails on the outside deck. It has a fun ski lodge theme. Deck chairs made of skis and ski lift swing chairs. Beautiful view of Boston. The heat lamps keep it warm during the cold months. We visited in November and were warm.

We had a fantastic experience, great food, great ambience, and when my daughter's phone accidentally fell into the radiator-Three members of the staff came over to rescue it. A funny experience ending to our evening and we were so grateful.

Went for the Apres Ski experience- which there really was not a lot of. Not a ‘holiday ‘pop up” at all. Drinks & food over priced. Tried the chili flight which was mediocre at best & came out barely warm. No thanks!
The drinks, the food, the service & the vibe were all on point. My go to spot for taking friends and family out in the Seaport!
Good food however a little pricy. Servers were looking at us constantly (a little uncomfortable). Seating was great and they have a beautiful view.
The food and ambiance were good, but the service was disappointing. We didn't feel welcome — after about 30 minutes, the staff told us we had to leave because of other reservations. We decided to wait to see if that was really the case, and nobody ever came for the alleged reservation. The staff was somewhat rude, which turned what could have been an amazing experience into a rather unpleasant one. Unfortunately, we wouldn't come back or recommend this place to others because of that.
The dinner and drink was nice but feel like I was rushed. I still had a whole drink and was given the bill. The lady asked if I wanted anything else and I said not at the moment but I may have wanted another drink a bit later on. She came out with the bill really quick. Everything was very rushed.
