I will give this place 5 stars great place to hang out food is great but it's way too salty chicken salty collard greens salty mac and cheese salty when you drinking you don't taste the salt but when you not my my blood pressure was crazy stop eating from this place blood pressure fine start back blood pressure crazy again alcohol and salty food don't mix
My brother and his wife came from another state. My brother, being a big Celtics fan, never had slades. We ordered got our food pretty fast, seeing there was only 1 worker on, but she was great!!! The food was perfect, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was great. We enjoyed ourselves looking to go back soon what an amazing place.

Visiting Boston for first time, my friends and I wanted soul food, this place was recommended. The menu doesn't display soul food, only the sides were. The menu consisted of fried/baked chicken, chicken liver not much more. We were looking for oxtails, turkey wings etc, none of that. We ordered fried chicken wings, yams, black eye peas and greens. The food was pretty good, just really need to add to the menu. The atmosphere was ok, mostly a bar, a dj and live band after 7...
