Love getting diner here late night during the week but Thursday and Friday night yall have top flight security at the door being super unprofessional. Very confrontational and rude. Good great but the “security” is trash and ruins the rest of it.

Giselle was our server and was amazing. She checked in and made sure we had the full experience. Give this girl a raise!

Very disappointed, the staff is smiling but it's the worst hot chocolate I've had in my entire life, it's a shame it doesn't make you want to taste the rest!

Authentic diner experience with the food to match. A part of Boston history.

Some good, some bad, but the good overall won out. Had an overnight layover in Boston during a multi-day train trip and I figured an all-night diner would be a good spot to while away some time. I have multiple disabilities and travel with a service dog. I rarely have any issues with this, so I was shocked when before entering I was told I couldn't bring her in, even once I explained that she is a service dog. Worse, the young man I spoke to asked to see "service dog papers," which is a major violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. When I explained that there are no such thing as service dog papers and began to explain the ADA regulations, he interrupted me, saying, "If you don't have any papers, I don't know what you expect me to do." Fortunately, at that moment, another server swooped in and told him that he was breaking the law and that if the owner had a problem with it he could take it up with her. She seated me, apologized, and took my order. The menu had a really nice selection of vegetarian breakfast options and the portobello benedict was quite good. Once I was seated, nobody hassled me and the server (who said she had recently graduated from law school and knew the ADA regulations) was really nice about the whole thing, apologizing honestly more than she needed to. Overall a good experience, but if you have any accessibility needs, be prepared for potential problems.

We went to this diner for breakfast, and it was very busy and loud. The food itself was good, we had the blueberry pancakes, french toast, and avocado benedict. There are plenty of options including omelettes, lots of flavors of pancakes, french toast, waffles, a large lunch/dinner section, etc. Our server didn’t really look/talk to us, and the servers were often shouting at eachother. Good place if you enjoy the typical diner noisy vibe!! The seating is very very uncomfortable, there is barely enough room to sit in a normal way. Slightly cramped but the breakfast kept us full for a while.

Vegetarian options: Veggie omelette and other dishes with no meat available.

Kid-friendliness: Seating may be difficult with adults and children in the same booth.

Thought this would be a good spot for a late night meal after driving from NYC to Boston and, boy, was I wrong. Getting into the booth was rough as it was super tight and you can't really enjoy your meal being squeezed. I got up to use the restroom and the whole booth moved which is how we needed up with extra space, we made the booth next to ours almost none existent. The food... it was absolutely terrible. I ordered the eggs, sausage and home fries with rye toast and the only thing I liked was the toast and the eggs were okay. The sausage was not breakfast sausage and instead kielbasa and the home fries were old and greasy. My bf ordered the pancakes and they sucked. Two were burnt and they were hard. I didn't complain and just paid our bill knowing that we would never, ever return. We'd rather starve. The worst part - they weren't even busy.

Nice food, if a little too much for breakfast. Service was friendly but not what we've been used to in other parts of NE. My server was not particularly engaging and took until i'd finished the food to ask if I wanted a coffee top up.

Excellent service. American fried breakfast food! Great sausage bacon and of course endless coffee. What you expect from an American diner. You can order some healthy options if you need to.
