It’s a Hilton Starbucks, so be prepared that it forces a tip screen on you (which your barista will monitor closely as you choose) before you can proceed to payment. The other thing is this location is directly across from Tufts Hospital, so be aware one person is ordering like 6 drinks for their unit, so it’s gonna be a minute.
Best Starbucks in Boston! Fast, clean delicious. Manager Mercedes and Barista Ashley recommended fantastic drinks and customized them. So friendly and just great people. The place could use better air conditioning. Especially for the workers!
It's a downtown location. We did not have many days in town, but we drank a lot of coffee, and this coffee shop helped with that quest. Office area with an office environment, and the usual good quality.
