It's a downtown location. We did not have many days in town, but we drank a lot of coffee, and this coffee shop helped with that quest. Office area with an office environment, and the usual good quality.
As others state in the reviews, they force the tip screen on you while they stare at your selection. Note the tip selection ranges from 15% and up or "Other", before you can pay. The service is decent, but the forced tipping is very off-putting. There is another Starbucks nearby on Summer Street that has better service and does not force the tip screen.
This review if for the two women working this morning (8-31-23) around 9:30am. Both of them had such kind attitudes, one of them complimented me, and helped me choose a drink after they ran out of pumpkin. Just, both of them made me smile and made my morning that much better!
