With the last 10 days I have gone into the East Broadway Starbucks twice and there have been dogs in there, the first time the very young dog had its paws up on the counter, the second time it was a pit bull with a choke collar on neither one of them had a service dog jacket on. The sign on the door clearly states only service dogs allowed for people with disabilities both times the young people with these dogs appeared to be perfectly fine.Traditionally, a service dog is a certain breed, an adult dogwell bred helpful animal and there is a need for these dogs. I am not questioning that, what I am questioning is that people are bringing all sorts of dogs in their roaming the store, putting their paws up on the counter, when there is food being prepared. Why do you have these signs on both doors and you do not enforce it? I will never go in that Starbucks again!Kathy N

Worst coffee I’ve ever had.. person taking order first poured coffee in a cup , then noticed grounds and told me he would brew a new pot, takes 2 minutes, got the new cup of coffee - went to car and started driving - cold bitter disgusting. Pretty sure he made a mistake and poured from the old pot with grounds. Tried to call and tell him but the line is broken and busy signal for 30 minutes..

Much nicer layout after the remodel and easier for staff to manage the high volume of drink orders. Parking can be a challenge if you aren't local with a parking sticker.Dietary restrictions: Lots of Oat, Almond, and Soy alternatives to dairy.

Terrible I waited 25 minutes for a caramel frap with frap chips and extra caramel I’ve never had a experience like this it was very unclean. I won’t be coming back

I've been here 3 times total and 2 of those times were NOT good experiences. First visit: Order is straight up incorrect. Completely different drink than what I asked for. Second visit: I made a mobile order for a sandwich and a drink and only the sandwich was made. I waited until 5 mins after the expected ready time. I then ask one of the baristas if they received my drink order, to which she turns and asks another barista about it. She never said if the drink was being made or what. She just proceeded to act like I wasn't there. 10 minutes later I had to ask ANOTHER barista the same thing, and only then did my drink finally get made. Out of everyone's mobile orders, why is it that ONLY MINE WAS MESSED UP? If you're interested in getting the wrong order/waiting stupid times to get your order, come to this location. Seriously, this place sucks. Train your staff better.

I love Starbucks and this East Broadway location is tough for parking most of the time unless you double park, risking a ticket, other than that it's awesome here! Great service!

The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The manager, Erin, does an awesome job and makes the place feel like a neighborhood coffee shop but with all the great stuff that comes along with Starbucks.

If you're looking wrong orders, long wait times, and inaccurate pickup times this Starbucks is perfect for you. This location has never improved and has constantly been the worst Starbucks I've been to.
