If the length of the line was representative of the wait, it would have been ok. However, they take your money and accept more orders per minute than they can handle, so many people have to leave their order to make their flight, including me. I literally didn't get what I paid for.

Absolutely terrible service. Would absolutely suggest never coming to this Starbucks prior to your flight. Management needs some serious help with this establishment and it’s ability to time manage and take orders. Seriously hope management can help this place bc it’s the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

If I could give this negative stars, I would. It was already the worst Starbucks I've ever been to...then they recently disabled ordering ahead via the Starbucks app. It is not uncommon for it to take over 20 minutes just to get through the line.

I work at terminal A and I’m a big fan of Starbucks. But this place is a joke. They often are multiple amounts of employees. And it’s like a big party all the time. They are doing everything except provide customer service. They will give you a smaller side than what you order. Let an ice drink sit there for ever. Having the ice melting into the drink while they all talk. It’s insane and someone should really deal with the night crew at this place. I often try to get to work earlier to walk over to terminal B to get my Starbucks. They give amazing service. Compare to terminal A.

They overstaff but don’t even take care of customer just chatting and make food for themself and eat in front. The drinks are also less than it suppose to be and the quality is bad.

The Starbucks at Terminal A, Gates 13-22, was where we made our purchase around 9 am. However, there was an issue with the male service employee's ability to process payments using both points and money until the female service employee intervened. It appears that the male employee may benefit from retraining and a better understanding of professional conduct.

One job. Make the coffee as ordered. Ordered 1 pump and watched them do 4 and tell me it was 1. Didn't add pumpkin spice to my pumpkin cream cold brew. Barely put ice so my drink was room temp. Thanks a bunch for my overpaid and under delivered drink.

On the far side of Terminal A security entry area; must go down escalator and across mobile walkways to gates A13-A22. Took 29 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Staff was nice.

This Starbucks is at terminal AI’ve been a Starbucks loyal customer for many years. Today, I experienced the worse Starbucks that I’ve ever had been to. I asked for espresso frap, they gave me espresso on iced. Not just one time, they did 3 times with the same drink. I told the girl I wanted Frappuccino, she gave me the ugliest attitude. I really hope these girls get retrain. Starbucks is a big company, with customer service like this at this store is such a shame.

AWFUL. Just awful. The staff here are more concerned with joking around than making coffee drinks. We waited at least 20 minutes after ordering and still didn’t get our drinks until I approached them and asked for them. Then instead of a caffe latte that I ordered they gave me a hot cup of milk with vanilla flavor. Someone needs to do something about this place. These people do not know what they are doing.
