Some greedy person (Howard Schultz?) is making a lot of money by understaffing this store.

I ordered a hot green tea, left a nice tip, and watched as 5 people got their order before me. I then kindly said “excuse me, I haven’t received my order.” The woman asked what I ordered, I told her and then she went on giving 3 other people their orders. A male cashier eventually came and gave me my order only for it not to even be green tea. As the only black man in sight I felt like the service I paid for was blatantly disregarded. I eventually just left instead of waiting for a new order since I waited for almost 45min.

The service here is SO SLOW and more importantly the time predictions are inaccurate. We ordered via the app and it said it would be ready in about 10 mins which would be at 5:12 am. It was not ready until 5:43! That’s insane and unacceptable for an airport location where people have flights to catch—we just barely made ours and other people had been waiting for an hour.

The order taker could not even come close to understanding what I typically order. The second barista made a good attempt to recover my order but i ended up throwing 2 cups of coffee away. In America we speak English. 15 bucks wasted.

Ordered a pastiche venti latte and it's worse I have had in all Starbucks I have been to. Taste like a disgusting americano?

This is an airport location so they don't have their own seating. But it's located in the Boston Public Market area by Gate 28 so there is seating and standing tables shared with the other businesses. I just had a croissant which was good and hard to mess up. My beverage was the usual Starbucks good and they're fast, especially given that there are usually a ton of people in line. I ordered ahead (Starbucks BOS Terminal C Gate 28") and was also able to use the new function to use my own cup. Win win.

My online order was ready exactly when expected. My mom's took much longer. Drinks were correct. About 10mins wait.

The drinks are undrinkable. I’m not sure if they don’t have the recipes for simple drinks, but just a sip of the drinks made me ill.

Sign says it opens at 4am but you're on Boston Standard Time now baby... So it opens whenever Ben Affleck and Matt Damon and Louie CK say it should open.

I waited there for more than ten minutes with nobody working on my order. Then they made my drink hot but I ordered it cold. I told them I want it cold in advance, but the one in she shop just said he cannot understand how royal English breakfast tea latte could be cold, and asked me to wait for another 7min to wait for the hot drink cool down to cold one. The drink is even on the menu. It’s too ridiculous I haven’t met this kind of problem before and it’s in the airport I’m rushing to the gate. Worst experience at Starbucks ever.

Staff seems to be moving in slow motion. My impossible sandwich came out piping hot, but it was a long wait and the sandwich itself is pretty lame for $7.70.

Two employees operating on auto-pilot. No speed. No smiles. Often stopping to chat with each other or other employees. One man came from the back twice and helped himself to ice & drinks never washing his hands. The gent in front of me was over charged and wanted a refund. It took 4 employees in slow mo to decide what to do. I stepped in twice to tell them his plane was boarding. They debated at length about remaking a customers drink. Hello Starbucks…it only takes one employee to remake a drink. There’s no debate. Crack on. I guess I’m not surprised to see an average score of 2.8. About the worst Starbucks experience ever. And for what your charging for a coffee now days, I expect better.

You should never go to this place. The Starbucks representatives don't have any respect for customers. They don't know how to serve people and make their orders. When I go there, they always charge me double time, then other locations, they even could not make simple espresso shots. Terrible location!
