The sausage bacon egg and cheese wrap was a huge letdown and looks nothing like what is advertised. Vanilla nitro cold brew drink was good however. Cashier was very hard to hear and did not ask me if I had a Starbucks account.

We stood in line for 30 minutes, and when we finally got to the counter, the lady turned around and started making coffee, helping make drinks….wiping down the counters? We waited another 10 minutes at the counter for her to acknowledge us in any way. Ended up just getting 2 large coffees and protein bars; anything else and we would have missed our flight. Go to Peet’s, it’s better coffee and the people looked so much happier.

“Don’t go to this Starbucks” The worst treatment I have received in my life as a client was in this place before I took my flight there was a worker with red hair who told me to ask for my order quickly because they were going to close but the way she told me It was horrible, she argued with me and told me in Spanish that she didn't hit me because she was working. Such an aggressive person should not be working with clients. I was going to call the police but I didn't want to miss my flight because it was an emergency. but what a shame of place.

This review is for the Starbucks at gate C10. Just wanted to say the two employees working here tonight were the rudest Starbucks employees I’ve ever seen. I think they were short staffed and need another employee. I feel bad for how busy they were, but there’s no reason they need to be mean to customers who have no control over their staffing. Also watched the girl at the register fully roll her eyes at a customer who accidentally knocked a cup off a shelf. Watched two other customers say thank you to the barista and the barista completely ignored them, and also ignored other customers that had a mistake on their drink. Very embarrassing, why do they even work here if they dislike their customers so much?

What everyone else has said about this Starbucks being extremely slow and not making your order the way you like it is true. I can't believe they work this slowly at an airport. It's baffling. Constantly thought of just leaving without getting my order for fear of missing my flight...and I even ordered something simple and uncomplicated because I realized just how slow the line was moving. When I got there they said they couldn't make my drink 1/2 caf espresso, which doesn't make sense. They definitely need to hire more people at this location, it seems extremely understaffed. That or the employees have no sense of urgency when it comes to people needing to catch flights and need to literally \\\"get up to speed.\\\"

I visited this Starbucks two times. The first time I waited 25 minutes to get my drink (mobile order). The team was horribly managed and slow. They put in-store orders as priorities and phone orders as secondary! After a 20 minutes wait, they told me that eight people were still ahead of me in terms of mobile orders. The second time I ordered paradise drink but they gave me pink drink! As a loyal customer, I drank these two drinks more than 20 times and can tell the significant difference! The staff needs more training!

They didn't have the 2 items out of 4 we wanted to order The ones we got had the cheese melted to oblivion and a pretty good size piece of \"sausage\" that was completely tasteless. Like eating a chunk of \"nothing\". Thought I would put some salt on to get some taste but they had no salt. With water, $17.40 down the drain.

Writing this review right after getting the order. So you can check who was on shift. We had Pathetic experience!! The lady(probably mexican-not the lady with the scarf) was super rude. We repeated our order for hot chocolate thrice. However, the order was taken incorrectly (the man that took thr order was probably high) because the fellow taking the order seem to didn't care or LISTEN to the order. When asked for the right order the lady was super rude and replied \\\"YOU WASTED MY TIME\\\" we paid for the order and was not asking for free stuff here. There was no need for that statement made. The taste of the hot chocolate was as good as PLAIN MILK!! Not a good customer service by Starbucks especially at an International Airport. I love starbucks but just due to this statement made by the employee I wish I would have gone to Dunkin with my friends.

This Starbucks is horrible!!! I love Starbucks and usually have a high tolerance for issues. However, the line took forever as the cashier was so slow and kept talking to his friends without taking the customers orders. And then, the workers were extremely slow and making fun of customers’ orders. There is no respect. Furthermore, the cashier overcharged me for my drink and it ended up tasting horribly!! Do not come here. The manager should get their workers under control.

Been here a couple of times and it is usually crowded, and even though they have non-stop orders they try to serve things as soon as possible. Though for this same reason they might forget to add something to your drink or even confuse the orders, so just stay aware when they give you your product.

Always 30 people in line and they take 5 minutes between each customer to leave the register. Another hour of waiting after ordering. Ordered a drink with only 2 ingredients and they forgot one of them. After getting a good look at them for those 2 hours, I’m not trying to be demeaning when I say that I don’t think they can read the instructions on those screens/stickers properly.

Hello all Starbucks coffee lovers. Went in this Starbucks yesterday waited patiently for about 20 minutes at the counter. There were 3 young Starbucks girls carrying on a conversation looking all around laughing however, we’re not ready to assist me . When they were ready I ordered a coffee which she made. I told her I will be using my points. She stated we don’t use points here. She dumped the coffee out. I looked ant her and then left and will never return. The Starbucks was Nouria-Shell gas station .Starbucks near Harborside Drive next to the limo lot at Logan Airport Boston. Stay away!

Went there for breakfast order coffee and and sandwich without meat i am vegan.they make it wrong.told them about it.soory and make the same sandwich take the beacon out of it with thong and bag it. Would you eat it told them politely stupid server try to convince me that's what I have order. Left it there n went to the drive through order a bagel with cream n cheese she said we are out of bagels.really any bagels no we don't have it. Wow what a Manager who is managing and servers are huh awesome But these guys deserve to be negative 4 out of 5.

Have 25 minutes to catch the bus. Ordered a tall peppermint mocha and a scone. Two people together at the register talking with each other. She asks me what size. I had said tall. And I said you got the scone and she closes her eyes and nods. The guy says it will be $7+ dollars. So I give him a 20 and he calculates change on a calculator. And I said you got the scone too? No. That will be another $3+. Don't have time for this at an airport.
