I wish there was a way to post the video alongside this review. I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato and a cake pop at 5:39 and the application said 3-7 minutes. I waited outside in my car until 5:45. Upon entering there was no one in line and 11 people sitting throughout the cafe(I know this because I had plenty of time to count while I was waiting for my order) and no employees behind the counter.
