Yummee Reviews
Food taste was pretty good. Way too much rice, very little thinly sliced meat. Definitely not worth what they charge on the menu .
Stopped here while visiting, just needed something fast to pick up and got the tornado curry omurice with chicken. I prefer stronger curry flavor, but otherwise I Thought it was pretty good 👍 I would stop again to try something else!
I had a take out order so no experience with the service or atmosphere (but I’m sure it’s great!!) however. I got a pork ramen delivered and there were the fake fish “chips” (I’m not sure what they’re actually called) but it was not in the description and my whole ramen tastes like fake shell food and it’s supposed to be pork. Everything else is great tho!

Yummee is a popular restaurant serving a variety of Taiwanese and Chinese dishes. The food is amazing, with options like fried shrimp curry omurice, pork, dumplings, and spicy miso ramen with chashu. The omurice, including vegetable and other flavors, is a delicious lunch option. While food preparation may take some time, the food itself is often better than expected. Standout dishes include Taiwanese Braised Minced Pork Rice and Crispy Fried Chicken, while other options like Braised Pork Belly and Mega Ramen have room for improvement. The restaurant has a small and cozy atmosphere, with a friendly staff that provides excellent service. Despite some confusion over different names and menus, customers find the food hearty, well-seasoned, and full of unique regional flavors. The menu has been updated with new dishes and a renovated space, making Yummee a good choice for those seeking a tasty meal in the South End.
