This is by far the slowest starbucks I've ever been too. Every single time I go, I order ahead and after 20 minutes things still aren't ready even if the place is completely empty. Seriously ridiculous

Asked for less milk in the latte, instead they made it a triple shot without asking me. So instead of less milk, they added more caffeine (charging me for extra shot of course) when I’m pregnant & didn’t need more caffeine. Don’t listen to orders. 09/20/24

I was there, I bought the caramel frapuccino, It was plain, it didn't have caramel, I asked for it without whipped cream, And yet I saw how they poured it, then stirred it and covered it with a little caramel on top.

Absolutely love the staff. Everytime I walk in the staff are in a good mood joking amongst themselves and customers. They are also an incredible crew that's able to successful manage insane surges of orders. They treat everyone kindly and the place has such a nice ambiance to it.
