I was helped by Emma and she provides the most wonderful customer service. I came back with an incorrect coffee (could have been my fault) and she went out of her way to fix it. Best customer service I've ever gotten. Thank you Emma!
Like most people I have my order on the tip of the tongue when at the counter but after overhearing the lady in front of me I switched and asked for a tea. What a surprise, I actually enjoyed it!\n\nService was fast and friendly and hey, it's Starbucks so you know what to expect.
Used the app and ened up choosing this place every day - only negative is the beggers who are pushy toawards the customers. every day we got hassled for money. They sit right outside the front door and are on top of you if you sit at the tables. This may upset some people but we just explained that we dont carry cash. We felt terrible sitting there sipping coffe in front of them so we left after offering to buy them one (they wanted only money)
