Located in the corridor that connects the Westin to Copley place. Small store and very busy. I was there a few times and there are times where there has been a line out the door. Store is standard Starbucks.
I'm not usually a Starbucks fan, preferring local coffee houses, but as I was staying at the overpriced, overhyped Westin Copley Place I got coffee and a bagel a couple of times here during my stay. I was impressed by the extreme efficiency of the staff, who made my cappuccino and toasted my everything bagel in literally under a minute, for a little over $6. That's one-sixth the price I would have paid for a coffee and omelette in the Westin restaurant.
It has a very good space and tables for sitting to have your coffee. Somehow, i felt pressured to order because the guy was sterring at me with an attitude of "please be quick". Location is great. But the staff seemed slow although there like 5 of them. If you are in the area this will be an option. Milk/cream table was messy and no napkins.
