Xelsie was fabulous and kind. She greeted me as I entered, was very friendly when I purchased my drink. My order was called and the barista and Xelsie notified me that they garnished my Matcha frappe with some dusting of Matcha. I absolutely loved it! In the past 9 years of ordering this drink, I’ve never had my Matcha Frappe garnished with some Matcha dusting. The place was wicked clean, everything was well-stocked, and I enjoyed chatting with the staff.

Being a loyal client and receiving somewhat of a OK service today was unacceptable . After walking out and over hearing the employee's talking about me. I was upset how the customer service, I was looking for wasn't improved. Now I know why your clients rated a 2 star or 1 star as a review. Being placed in the financial district and having poor communications and being rude is unacceptable. Lost a loyal customer sorry not sorry.
Fantastic spot, for one very important reason: wireless chargers. This Starbucks has wireless charging pads at all its seats, and if your phone doesn't support wireless charging, they'll lend you a key-like device that enables wireless charging for your phone. Great spot to catch a breath and recharge (literally!).
