The staff taking orders/cashier this morning was super service-oriented. I ordered my coffee and breakfast and was ready in 2 minutes. I bought a small Starbucks Boston mug and dropped/broke it before payment. The staff (he) kindly took the broken one in and asked me to get a new one. I only paid for one. Very thoughtful and customer focused??
This place most definitely exists! It almost is it's own store, but is conjoined with Star Market. Can't order ahead and there is very limited seating, but the staff is friendly and there are bathrooms inside North Station and possible downstairs in the Market. My order came out perfect and won't hesitate to come back.
We bought a very good caramel coffee; The venue is small with limited seating. It's located in a mall. The guys behind the counter were very kind and patient especially given our still a bit poor English since we were just in the States. We bought large glasses in the space dedicated to offers to be able to drink your preparations take-away. Just like Americans typically do; thanks for the service.
