Stopped in for Thursday night football and a burger. They had live music which I was told would continue thru the game. Ok, no big deal. Ordered a burger. After 15 minutes I’m starting to wonder where’s my food. Then the couple next to me who came in 5 minutes after me got served. I finally got the attention of my bartender/waitress and told I was leaving and why. She had no concept of customer service nor a single waitressing skill. Could only fill drink orders. She represented Stats poorly in my opinion. Maybe have real waiters and waitresses handle food orders at the bar.
Waitress Athena was amazing but Diet Coke is so so bad it tastes like plastic
Phenomenal place to host charity events! They are absolutely amazing!

Arrived, was seated …. After 15 minutes not one waitress approached us. 3 of them were behind the bar, playing on their phones…. Talking to eachother … the others were standing in a corner also on their phones. 20 minutes go by, we flagged someone down finally… place was dead and not busy. Just wasn’t impressed with the inattentiveness… food was great..

Cozy place, super friendly staff! We walked in without a reservation for a large group and they still sat us. On Tuesdays they have a trivia night, was pretty fun and - importantly - calm. Hot wings and burgers were good, definitely give them a try. On that note check out the garlic bbq wings (i think that was the name).
We had a good experience here. The chicken tenders and brussel sprouts were definitely house made and tasty. The Mac and cheese fritters, most likely frozen, kind of bland. The jalapeño ranch was a surprising highlight of our visit.

Not friendly, rude staff. No thanks
Stats is EXACTLY like every other "standard" South Boston bar. It is absolutely average in every may. The service is "okay." The beer selection is "mediocre." The food is unimaginative but not overtly overpriced. Your expectations of a generic South Boston experience will be unquestionably met at Stats. Nothing more, nothing less.

Terrible place. I came looking to make an order waited until the bartender stopped talking to wait for her to approach me to get the menu. After doing so, I got the menu from her. I said excuse me to place my order she said "Can't you see I'm talking". I am paying customer. She was talking to him for a while. She could have TAKEN MY ORDER. She just didn't want to.
