We stopped in for a quick drink while up at the observatory. The drinks were good but small and very pricey and very limited menu. Bartenders were very quiet and not personable at all.

I was so excited to finally try this restaurant cause my husband had eaten there when it was “top of the hub” I thought coming on NYE would make it that much more exciting. Unfortunately I was left disappointed and not wanting to ever return with the money we spent. Our server, Diago, was prompt to get us water and take our drink and app order. I asked for a side of pesto aioli with my calamari app cause I was concerned that the spicy aioli it came with might be too much for me. Apps came but no pesto aioli. Diago never took the time to even check on how we liked our apps and when he did, he did notice the missing sauce and said he would go get it. A different server then came and handed me the same exact sauce that the app came with, spicy aioli. Diago came to clear plates and we told him not to bother with the pesto aioli cause we were pretty much done with the apps. We then placed a second round of drinks order with him as he cleared the app plates. 20 min goes by and no drinks. We catch Diagos attention and asked how much longer for our drinks and he replies with “what drinks?” We told him what we ordered when he cleared plates away and he says back nonchalantly “oh, I’m sorry, I forgot”. Meals came, 3 braised short ribs and the cod(haddock) all 4 meals severed cold. Never saw Diago check on us and our meals and when we pulled all our credit cards to pay cause we waited so long for EVERYTHING, we just wanted to leave, the host tells us that our 2 hour allotted time was up. I briskly told her that “we are trying to pay and leave!” I ALWAYS get coffee and dessert wherever I dine and our server never gave us the chance with how slow and spaced out our dining was. For the cost of the tickets just get into the restaurant cause you have to buy observation deck tickets to get to the restaurant, and money spent to dine there, it’s def NOT WORTH IT!
I was really disappointed with this holiday experience, especially considering the price. Paying $55 per person, I expected something well-organized, enjoyable, and worth the cost. Unfortunately, it didn’t come close to meeting those expectations. This was supposed to be something special, but instead it felt like a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this to others unless significant improvements are made or the price is lowered to match what’s actually offered. We had a 6 pm reservation and waited in a long line for 30 minutes. While the ticket said seating was first come, first serve, we understood this at seating at the bar not entering when given an entry and exit time. To top off waiting in this long line, when asked how many was in our group we said 3. We were then told only 2 could enter or they would skip us and move on to the next group. This could of been stated nicely, but it was said with unnecessary rudeness. Again wasn’t necessary. Two of us ended up entering while one stayed back. Once inside we noticed while seating was limited (and that was fine) there was no organization. How to get a drink. No space to order. And only 10 bar stools. The cost of this experience was truly not worth what was given. I hope in the future they can be more clear with how/what you should expect in this experience . All in all, they should not advertise reservation timing if they cannot allot for the reserved time.

Very cute Christmas decorations. Drinks are also cute but over priced. It's a small space with a few high top tables. Nice to go at least once for the experience. I didn't get any food so no insight on that.

thanks to Ben, we were able to see all that boston has to offer! we very much enjoyed our VIP tour!
Ruined date night. I wanted to take my wife out for a nice evening, have a cocktail on the outdoor deck before dinner reservations. "View" had a private event, so no outdoor deck. If you book a private event, LET PEOPLE KNOW IN ADVANCE BEFORE THEY BUY TICKETS!!! I think there were 100 employees working, but they all seemed more interested in chatting with themselves than actually helping customers. No one around to show folks where to go, signage was nonexistent or confusing. The restaurant bar was practically empty, but still took forever to get drinks and no followup for refills, even though there were 4 bartenders!? The entire experience was overpriced, overly complicated, and well below all the hype. We were so frustrated that we canceled dinner plans at another restaurant and just drove home.
All great 👍 u 💯

$48 for one ticket? To see a skyline and get weak cocktails? No thanks. Tourist trap.
We had an exceptional experience. The bar is sophisticated and employs real mixologists and skilled professionals. This is all to say before mentioning the views. I am surprised to see reviews that say this place isn't amazing, it's a must go when traveling in Boston in my opinion
