We had a great time! I would definitely recommend it. Make sure it’s a clear day. There are 3 levels took us a little over an hour. We did not go to the bar or restaurant.

Do NOT waste your time or money on this pathetic “View”.There is nothing here except a view.Gone are the exhibits, the artifacts, the Boston Firsts wall, and any explanation of what you are seeing.

I'm very dissapointed. I tried to re-create the first date me and my wife's first date that we had 10yrs ago at the observation deck. Unfortunately, that couldn't happen due to your security policies. I get it, you don't want the everyday armed person on your premises. But I'm an active police officer, entrusted to protect lofe and property, and I was told that I couldn't be armed under any circumstance. NO WHERE that I saw said that I couldn't be armed on the premises. Your staff was very disinterested in hearing anything we had to say. No one even so much as offered an apology and the supervisor person who handled the refund pretty much walked up, told the desk person what to do and walked away. So we waited for her for bo reason. It wouldn't matter as much to me if it wasnt for the whole 10 year anniversary first date re-creation. To top it off.. I can't recall see any sign saying no weapons allowed anywhere. Just one more reason NOT TO visit Boston. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED WOTH VIEW BOSTON!!!!

Great atmosphere, it’s a good thing the views are there to distract you from the absolute subpar cocktails, they bring you down just as fast as the elevator brings you up; I was about to chuck that Paloma into the harbor and start the next American revolution. It could’ve just been the bartenders that day either way beautiful view and attentive staff I’m glad I came. ??

Such a great experience! I just moved to Boston and took my bf who's lived here for years. We both really enjoyed the view and the food!! It was beautiful and there is so much to look at. The food was fantastic as well. I would return and do the experience again and have told my friends it's a fun date night if you're looking for something new in Boston. Totally recommend!

My neighbor and I were looking forward to a night out. I had worked on a garden tour all day with miserable weather - very hot & humid and, morning rain. I made a reservation a week ago for Saturday, July 13 at The Bistro and, it came as a most welcome event! Totally amazing dinner, fabulous wait staff and, a room with a view. I can't wait until I go again!

This experience was absolutely and entirely worth it. Our reservation was at 6:30 so we timed it perfectly to get our drinks, food and dessert just in time to enjoy the sunset by the end of the meal. It was utterly perfect for me and my partner's anniversary.

This was our first trip to Boston. The view from the restaurant is what intrigued us to make a reservation. Unfortunately, it didn't go well once we arrived. The first floor staff all had different answers as to what/where we needed to be. The wait staff was indifferent about helping us. They charge for soda refills, their portions are very uneven. I can't say anything impressed me much.....except the view! But you can get that without spending so much extra money on a mediocre experience.
We had a beautiful experience from the moment we walked into the elevator and took the ride up to the top. Having been from Boston and lived here my whole life it was such a cool experience!

I would not recommend this restaurant. The waitress tried to rush us through dinner, the food was OK but not for the price, and was actually given an acholic beverage when I was entitled to and could have caused a severe reaction.
