Good food but a little too small
Got carry out. Food was ready right when they said it was. Also fries, motz sticks and onion rings were crispy and had great flavor.
Food was great first time ordering on the next time was horrible
Best food my family has had
Over priced, cost me forty four dollars to feed myself and my daughter, all I got was an italian wrap, and it was full of nothing but chunky lettuce, and a little bit of chopped up meat, didn't even have sauce in it was horrible, they're, my daughter got a fried chicken sandwich .
We were visiting from New York and stopped at Stubby’s for lunch, looking for something different from the usual chain restaurants and we’re so glad we did! Even though we just ordered burgers and fries, everything was fresh and delicious, and the portions were great. Highly recommend the waffle fries..they were crispy, flavorful, and absolutely hit the spot.
The staff was super kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere is chill and relaxed, perfect for a casual family meal and the bathrooms were clean, which we always appreciate when traveling with kids.
Pricing felt pretty standard for a family of four (two adults and two kids), and we all left feeling full and content. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and want something local and satisfying!
Jerk chicken sandwich was delicious! Just the perfect amount of heat! Coffee gets a 7/10
Reasonable prices for the finance district. Clean friendly.
Solid fish and chips.
Was looking forward to trying this place, was very disappointed. Pricing is absurd even for Seaport and you definitely do not get what you pay for.
The steak & cheese was small & also wasn’t very good. The fries were good I’ll admit, not enough to save it though. $25 for a steak & cheese & fries I’d definitely expect a lot better. Wouldn’t come back here to be quite honest.
The food here was so good my son and I visited it 3 times in a day.
We had begal egg and cheese for breakfast and the bagel bread so soft, so good that it felt like it melted while you were eating.
Went back for lunch got a hamburger, my son got cheese steak, same deal the bun was so good! I do not care about bread whatsoever. It's not something too of mine to a good sandwich to me. However these sandwiches changed that for me. Fries where fantastic. Heading here next time I'm in Boston.
Highly recommend, particularly if you are visiting out of town.

A must while in Seaport! The nicest staff around. Family friendly during the day and a real treat late night. Get the Jerk Chicken
First time customers. Enjoyed the jerk chicken bowl.
Great taste! Spicy 5-6/10
It’s a great place to have a nice breakfast, food was delicious and the service amazing! One shout out for Jose, a nice and friendly person!
The best tuna melt hands down! It will make you want to purchase shares in the company. It's good and evil. Good because it's well proportioned, the melted cheese is perfect and the toasted bread is perfectly crisp and provides the perfect balance to the crunch v. softness ratio. The only evil is the level of deliciousness that will have you fighting temptation of eating it everyday and accepting the weight gain that comes with being weak minded. Get waffle fries with your tuna melt, the entire experience will change your life.
