Very poor customer service. We were just left be, no one checked on us or anything. Very disappointing dining experience
as someone who works in the foodservice industry i try to cut other restaurants some slack because i know how tough the job is, especially with how busy this place is i can imagine its a tough one to work at. our server was very nice, but also very slow. we had no utensils or side plates when our appetizers came out and we sat there for 5 minutes waiting for him to come around, he didn’t come around and we had to get up and go ask someone else for utensils. the mac and cheese pops were fine, the loaded fries were very good but the cheese was definitely something like velveeta. the s’mores hot chocolate looked gorgeous however it tasted like it was just swiss miss hot chocolate with a lot of toppings, we got the diamond rose goblet drink and it was as expected, the dry ice is super cool and is definitely the main attraction of this place. the restaurant itself is small and has a great playlist on and really good photo opportunities. would i go again? probably not, but it was a cool place to try

My fiancé brought me here for my birthday because I spoke so highly of the Vegas and Miami location. First things first the waiters may have been nice but the service SUCKED. My food day infrint of me for 15 minutes with NOOOOO silverware. Then when brought back to me my steak was well done which is far from wheat I asked for. My drink simply had candy thrown in the bottom but not in sticks as displayed in the picture. Celebrating my 33rd I sat between two kids parties….. I would never come back nor waste my time. I am BEYOND disappointed ☹️

The servers managers and hosts were all extremely nice and welcoming. The drinks are phenomenal and the food is amazing!! Great spot for birthdays or girls night out!

Wait staff was rude poor customer service! Food was completely trash! My salad was brought out to me with soggy croutons and whetted lettuce. It look like it was made 1st then just sat there until the rest of the food was ready to be brought out. The calamari was hard & over cooked! The only good experience was the actual waiters were pleasant & made an effort to accommodate my larger party’s concerns.

The only thing I liked was the atmosphere. The waiter didn't engage and wasn't clear about things. The food was not all that for the price and they force people to tip if you have a party of 6 or more. Not that I don't mind tipping but I had to pay $50 something in tips which was automatically charged, the food and bad service was not worth that tip. I will not go there again. I would not recommend this place.
