It was my first time visiting the restaurant and I really liked the place. The Hamburger I had was delicious, and I had a great experience, all thanks to the excellent service provided by Leticia Leonel.

I've been to Sugar Factory in Connecticut and it was exceptional. This location made some of the worst food I've ever eaten at the prices we paid. The steak tasted like it was pre-frozen and chemically. The soda also had a horrible chemical flavor. The brick chicken was the most dry chicken I've ever eaten. It was shocking. We paid over $200 for our meal and it was not even worth half that. I sadly will not even consider this location again.

The place was ok, kind of down looking. My overall impression was "overpriced". The famous dry ice bubbling drinks cost $40 (which is practicall colored and artificially flavored water). I will not go there again. The waiter was very pleasant and service was somewhat quick.

We all had fun. Tit was was daughters birthday. She was looking forward to our visit. The food was delicious, drinks too! The piece of cake wasn't very good same with the donut on the milkshake. It all tasted stale. Very fun atmosphere!

Went for my daughter's birthday fun and energetic vibe worth the money spent. Food was good but next time I'll go for either dinner and or dessert both is a lotta food but so good.

We were informed when we arrived that the elevator was not in service from the night before so we could not dine upstairs. One member of our family is in a wheelchair. They offered us a table in a glass room that resembled a three season room with a bar. It was ok, but very sunny and very warm. All customers who arrived after us went straight upstairs . Not sure what we missed, but no other customers were seated in the glass room. The service was very very slow. My guess is that the majority of the wait staff was upstairs. The food was good. Overall, a disappointing first experience at this restaurant.

We were at Sugar Factory Boston last night. It was a horrible experience from start to finish. It was 105 degrees out and the ac was broken. I know that is out of their control- but it was down all day and we had a reservation for 12 people! They absolutely should have called to let us know the situation and let us make an informed decision! Then there was only one waiter that we saw and no one else trying to help out including the hostess and manager. It was but busy at all so really no excuse. It took over 45 minutes to get our extremely overpriced drinks- $40 for a non alcoholic beverage is insane!!! Then one of the drinks wasn't even what we ordered. The apps were the only food that was decent. It took another hour to get our meals. Several of which were honestly inedible. The beef in the burger patty was spoiled or something. We didn't even get to dessert which we were looking forward to because we didn't want to sit in the heat for another hour. We've been to multiple other locations and have always had an amazing and fun experience! This was just awful from start to finish. The lack of AC certainly didn't help but the food was awful! So disappointing! This location will not survive much longer unless a lot of changes are made very quickly.

Drove from NH to have my daughter's grad dinner. Ambiance and food presentation was fun and colorful. Milkshakes were fun and not too sweet. Steak tips were 3stars and fries were good, but could've been fresher/hotter. We ordered the cookie skillet for the tableside spaghetti and there was none, also it turned into a soupy mess before we could eat it. No checks to refill water. Expected slightly better for $$$, but we'd go back again.

When we got there it was nice and the staff was kind, but when we started eating that's when it all started. We did not have any silverware on the table at all and then we felt like we were forced to take the photo that they do. We felt uncomfortable when she asked me and my partner to kiss for a photo. It kinda felt awkward. We lost our appetite to get dessert there.

Food was okay, service was slowish and the restaurant wasn't the cleanest. Fir the price of the food, I'd say go somewhere else

All the food and dessert was really good minus the fries which were shoestring, frozen mediocre. They were out of rubber ducks which the kids were looking forward to. I don't like how they push buying photographs at the table and the restaurant was freezing.

Food was terrible, no AC on a hot day, service on the other hand, was good. Our server and everyone we came into contact with on the sugar factory staff was lovely. Never going back.
