Absolutely every single thing was so yummy. A little loud but worth it. My drink was SOOO big and strong! Dinner was Devine. The drinks were superb. The appetizers were amazing. All around amazing.

My experience was absolutely beautiful. I had the kindest waitresses/servers, the food was exquisite, interior was so very clean (both first and second floor, the chairs were so comfortable, and the birthday singers are always in their best moods. This place is a 11/10 I recommend it significantly! For birthday dinners, going out, and just dinners in general.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I usually do not leave bad reviews, but this place was a total flop and waste of money. Was really excited to go try Sugar Factory for the first time to celebrate my friends birthday. Maybe it was because it was a weekday, and their regular staff might not have been there, but it seemed like only 4 people were working the whole restaurant. The staff were completely rude, seemed like they were in their own world, and bothered to be working. All of them! If you’re going only for photos — really pretty inside, definitely a place to go to for taking pictures. But the food is 1000% terrible. Both my friend and I ordered the onion rings and grilled cheese. Onion rings were ok, but the grilled cheese and fries were AWFUL. Our fries came cold and you couldn’t bite through them, and the grilled cheese was cold and tasted like rubber. They were priced at $18!!! I told our waitress and she offered to take it back, so we had them remake the fries, but the grilled cheese was inedible. She was kind enough to only charge us for the fries with a discount on top of that, but we barely ate them anyway. Still totaled to be over $40! SAVE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
