as someone who works in the foodservice industry i try to cut other restaurants some slack because i know how tough the job is, especially with how busy this place is i can imagine its a tough one to work at. our server was very nice, but also very slow. we had no utensils or side plates when our appetizers came out and we sat there for 5 minutes waiting for him to come around, he didn’t come around and we had to get up and go ask someone else for utensils. the mac and cheese...
Wait staff was rude poor customer service! Food was completely trash! My salad was brought out to me with soggy croutons and whetted lettuce. It look like it was made 1st then just sat there until the rest of the food was ready to be brought out. The calamari was hard & over cooked! The only good experience was the actual waiters were pleasant & made an effort to accommodate my larger party’s concerns.
