Best salads I've ever had. They know what they're doing.Ordered the Guacamole Greens my first time, absolutely incredible.Hot Honey Chicken showed me that they can prepare good sweet potatoes, which I usually don't like.Lots of freedom with customization and build-your-own stuff to fit any dietary needs.

You should order online which is a lot faster than being there in person. I came in for lunch and ordered in person because I work nearby. There are 2 people working that line, as opposed to 5 who work on online order. It took me 15 min despite having only 5 people ahead of me. What's infuriating is that some employees are just on standby, doing nothing. Anyway, avoid this location or order online.

Food is fine but the staffs have no ideas about basic service skills. Now they are demanding customers to pay tips by tricky ways, they need to provide acceptable service.

One of the better sweetgreen locations in the Boston because the service is friendly and efficient! Crispy rice bowl - love the spicy cashew dressing and the crispy rice. All the vegetables are super fresh. This bowl is one of my favorites.

This was pleasantly surprising on all aspects! It was a great price, super fast and delicious. I'm so happy there is a convenient was to grab a healthy meal downtown.

The one star is only because you can't tip the employees, whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Food was good/fresh, got the guacamole salad bowl. I work in the customer service/ food industry and places that they don't have tips unfortunately I don't support, the place is fairly new so everything is clean etc but no tips guys? you have to do better.

The place is a zoo. Employees were shouting at the top of their voice from the moment we entered the place, through our entire meal, to the moment we crossed the door to leave. If this is a company strategy to get customers to spend a shorter time in the premises, it’s working. However, I’m not coming back. I came in with my elderly mother at 2:15pm on a Thursday, and sat to have our bowls at the very back but could not have a normal conversation because the noise was unbearable. Can the company not offer proper training to employees about professionalism?
