Love this little coffee shop! The owner is so nice and it’s great to support a local shop and not a chain. Would recommend this place 100x over Starbucks. Great food and great coffee. Be sure to try the pretzel buns!

made from scratch but sourcing ingredients is all cheap commercial brands not better local dairy, baking flour is highly refined milled flour not natural milled. tea can be found at the stop and shop. more commercial like. some European immigrants know better then others.

Love the Swiss vibe and bakery! The staffs are also friendly.
Come here about 2-3 times every month for a few years already but so disappointed today.
Today the system was slow, and the order placed online wasn't in when I got there. The owner doubted if I had paid or was just bluffing. Then they went back minding their own things. I checked with them a few times and was ignored/despised?... Not sure what they were doing but I felt extremely uncomfortable.
They received and completed the order after a few awkward minutes. I said this wasn't handled properly they just laughed, wished me a good day and ignored me again.
Cannot believe the shop I visited so often and recommended to others so often has become a place like that.
So disappointing.

The food here is really good. I recommend the breakfast sandwiches and croissants, but I’ve never had anything bad here. The people are super friendly that work here.

This is by far one of my favorite cafés in the whole Boston area. The people are really kind, the prices are really affordable, and the quality of food is high. I don’t drink coffee, but I really enjoy their chai and London Fog latte. Their breakfast sandwiches are filling and their pastries are scrumptious.
The space inside can be a little echoey, so bring headphones if you’re planning to work there. Otherwise it’s a great place to meet with friends, chat, and enjoy some delicious food and drinks. We love Swissbäkers!
