Neat little pub in the center of the station. Just wish it didn’t close so early.

Warm and welcoming tavern! Huge beer selection. Service is great! Perfect way to pass time, meet people while you wait for your train. Highly recommend. Reasonably ♿️ accessible!

I wish I could leave a 0... horrible service. Left for 10 mins and my train was 15 early. My cell died and I asked 3 workers and none would even give me the time of day to even use a charger. Terrible customer service.
I went to the back side and saw a cell charging and asked the girl if I could use it. It's an emergency and I'm about to miss my train and need to get back to my son and she said she didn't have one as I saw her phone on it... just over all horrible

This is the only place I've been refused service. There was a seemingly homeless man being told to leave because he was not a paying customer so I offered to sit with him and buy him something to eat. I was told that I was not welcome either. They called the cops.

The chicken cesar wrap ($13) was just what I needed as a quick meal before I head off to Logan Airport.
It came out in about 2 minutes and the wrap was nice and warm. It was a good size with tons of lettuce in it and it wasn’t ruined with too much dressing.
There wasn’t much chicken in it as expected, but the chicken was luckily not tough or chewy.
My server was very nice.
I’m giving them a 4 instead of a 5 because the taste was okay.

Don't try to sit at a table if you have luggage! You will not be served!

i commute to work everyday. And my middle stop is south station waiting for the next train. My favorite part of the day is stopping in the Tavern for a beer and the food. The newly added burger on the menu could be rated as gourmet. It’s a great burger and you can never go wrong with a great burger. The rest of the food is great. From the chicken Cesar salad, to the clam chowder, the pizza. They are simple delicacies that can boost your energy to finish your travels or be a highlight of your day. The staff is amazing, especially the manager Tim who takes pride in providing the best customer service to his greatest ability. The Tavern is a great pit stop to make your day if you was having a bad one. 10/10 recommend.

Can't really review the food. Never got waited on. Sat down wait a few minutes watched a woman coming after me approach a server and they were attentive to her. Watched another server looking at pictures. Asked a gentleman who appeared to be working there is anybody working here and he replied yes what do you need I don't know a better attitude a menu something. Ended up leaving

Arrived at 7:30pm and then said they were closed, when they close at 8. Met with an extremely rude response when asked if they were open. Lazy workers can’t be expected to do their jobs for weary travelers.
