Beautiful room on a busy corner, glass and lighting energizing, warmed by central fireplace. We were first floor. Server and team were wonderful, a perfect blend of attentive, efficient, and friendly. And loved our cocktails, meals, and glass of wine. Lovely date night for us, but the room seemed to work equally well for friend gatherings and work dinners.

A bit disappointing. It is a big modern room, not at all cosy, and a bit canteen like.. To be fair, it was half empty on a Monday lunchtime, so there wasn't much atmosphere. We had a severe mix up in the service, the waiter hasn't listened to our quote clear requests. Fortunately a fleet manager saw that we were unhappy and stepped on to help. The food was perfectly competent.

We went for the Jazz brunch. We split an Arcadian greens salad which was plenty for two and delicious. I got the classic breakfast and my daughter got the lemon pancakes. The breakfast was good and the Lemon pancakes were phenomenal. The service was awesome with someone checking in on us frequently. Very friendly staff. We also had one on the signature cocktails which we really enjoyed. The jazz band was enjoyable without being overly loud. We would definitely come back!

Our waiter Javier was terrific. He made it a very nice experience. Food was very good too. Had not been in a while and will definitely return.

Service excellent. My filet mignon was difficult to cut into and tasteless (medium rare. Other diner's dinner was the tuna dish which was great.

Drinks came late, appetizers and main courses came at the same time- in fact a lobster roll came before the clam chowder, the tartar was extremely salty. My guests had the fillet mignon- they were very polity to not say anything but did not look as fillet mignon at all, not tender. We have to ask few times for a simple coke. Not the experience we were planing

It took 20 minutes to put our drink order in and that was after we had to ask who our server was. We got the pre-fixed 4 course menu and we were brought out incorrect dishes twice. The steak was overcooked which should not happen at a place calling themselves a steakhouse. If someone told me they had a reservation I would tell them to cancel.

Beautiful ambiance and fresh delicious seafood. Our server was a bit frazzled and super busy so it felt like he was short with us but other than that it was great.

The sandwiches were disappointing. The lobster roll was too soaked in butter and was disappointed in the small amount of lobster meat. The swordfish blt had the smallest piece of fish in it I coudn't even taste it. Despite the disappointment we had a delightful meal.

Underwhelmed by food preparation time and portions. My omelet took in excess of 30 minutes and my partner's burger took equally long. Fortunately we had ordered the Arcadian Mix Salad so it was something to bide the time by. The glasses in which our sparkling water was poured were scuffed and looked really worn, and top up sauces like ketchup and fresh lemon took a while to replenish. Considering the prices, the prime Copley location and the imposing decor and website we expected to be floored. We weren't.

We were lucky to get a table next to the window and enjoyed looking out into the street. Our clam chowder was excellent and I consider myself a chowder snob. We had warm lobster rolls. The lobster was fresh and cooked perfectly.

We were delighted with our meals and with the service. The food was quite delicious, and the staff were very attentive. If we lived in Boston I know we'd return!

Awful service. Greeter was rude to a guest. Wasn't seated until 20min after reservation. Bread arrived 40 min after ordering food despite multiple requests. Food arrived even later. Steak was burnt and had to be sent back and remade.

The service was subpar for place like this. The server didn't repeat my order so she forgot to put an my order of fries to go with my meal. She never asked if we wanted to refills on our drinks. Also word of warning, they will charge you for each soda you refill on at a price of $4 each! I ordered the “mini lobster roll” which really turned out to be miniature lobster roll, that you can finish in 2 bites. Why does such an appetizer exist LOL but I would have ordered the full size if the server had explained this! Clam chowder and lobster roll was delicious though!
