Great spot for special occasion. Visit was for my wife's birthday before a show. Comfortable, unrushed and fully relaxing two hour afternoon lunch. The mussels, in a chipolte and sausage cream sauce, were phenomenal. Plenty of selections of a variety of sandwiches and entrees. The hearth in the center of the first floor was a nice warming touch on a very windy, cold day in Boston. We'll be back again.
Beautiful room on a busy corner, glass and lighting energizing, warmed by central fireplace. We were first floor. Server and team were wonderful, a perfect blend of attentive, efficient, and friendly. And loved our cocktails, meals, and glass of wine. Lovely date night for us, but the room seemed to work equally well for friend gatherings and work dinners.
We went for the Jazz brunch. We split an Arcadian greens salad which was plenty for two and delicious. I got the classic breakfast and my daughter got the lemon pancakes. The breakfast was good and the Lemon pancakes were phenomenal. The service was awesome with someone checking in on us frequently. Very friendly staff. We also had one on the signature cocktails which we really enjoyed. The jazz band was enjoyable without being overly loud. We would definitely come back!
