This place is great if you're looking for some kitschy charm, and a casual place to get your seafood fix in the seaport area. We visited during the Snowport market, so there was a line to get in. However, we were willing to be seated at one of the shared high-tops, so our wait was less than 10 minutes.
The fried clams were perfectly done. Not at all chewy. Both the naked lobster roll and the lobster mac and cheese were delicious. Best ever? No. But we had a great...
Food was very fresh, cooked perfectly.

Disposible Plastic "silverware" plates and cups was very strange when spending 250.00 for a meal.
Like I said, lobster was delicious, crab was so good, drinks were cold, so the food and drink spot on!
Service missed their mark, could have been a rough day.

Wheelchair accessibility: Separate entrance for wheelchairs
One of the absolute best waiters and waitresses we have ever had, such a great experience. We had a friend Ohio visiting and she wanted seafood so we went to the Barking Crab and my friend was extremely thrilled with the whole experience, aside from NO parking except an expensive parking garage.

Parking: Take the train in, parking is awful. There's a parking garage but very expensive. $42 the first hour and then increases...
