We had a Thanksgiving meal that couldn't be beat! The price was very reasonable for the amount and the quality and the excellent service we received. Main dish was served, but never ending buffet of sides, soup, appetizers, charcuterie and to top it off, individual pies and desserts. They even asked if we wanted to take extra home! Such a friendly and attentive staff. We will be talking about this for years to come.

This is a casual yet stylish restaurant in a hotel. Lunch was very good: I opted for the soup and half dandyish option and my soup was good, and the mushroom melt sandwich was even better. Service was quick too.
Perfect spot for a family dinner.

We don’t normally dine at the hotel. However, this time we did. We ate here for one dinner, one late lunch/happy hour, and two breakfasts. We found the service to be very good and friendly. The atmosphere is nice despite it being in the basement with outdoor space off the bar and dining area.
We ordered three egg omelette 4.5/5 (nicely filled with ingredients), THE BERKELEY 4/5, Caesar salad 4/5, LEMON GARLIC ROAST CHICKEN 5/5, Masala Fries 4.5/5, and STEAK FRITES 4.5/5.
Nice selection of beers, wine, and cocktails. Gin martini 5/5.

We were staying at the aka back bay so this is in house as it were. We had breakfast here every day and it was very good. We had dinner here on our first night and the fish and chips was great. It has an excellent wine selection. We also had late drinks here twice. On all occasions the service was oustanding.
Perfect for Monday oysters! Highly recommend

Food was actually not that good, alcohol was too sweet, steak is way too chewable regardless how well done (my table got 4, all of us were struggling to cut and chew them), desserts are too sweet I ate 1/5 of the thing and can't do it anymore. We ended up paying around 90 pp so I'd expect more.

Excellent breakfast experience, highly recommended. Very comfortable modern interpretation of a secluded tavern with extremely attentive staff and best tasting breakfast I’ve had on the east coast, including NYC.

We searched the local DineOut Boston listings looking for a place to consider our local Go To. The Berkeley did not disappoint. DineOut Menu was streamlined but complete with favorites. Very generous portion sizes. Very congenial service. Tasty apps (duck and asparagus) well presented entrees (steak frites and garlic shrimp ) and delectable desserts. We’ll be back for the regular menu. Also awesome wine recommendation to accommodate both entrees that is a house regular.
10/10 missing the lobster roll in the pick because it was gone too quick ;)
